I was led to believe that this company was in South Carolina. I ordered two beautiful, expensive outfits from them. We had a trip planned and I wanted the outfits for the trip. I had ordered these a month before our trip. One week before, when the items were still not listed as even being prepared on the website, I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. They refused. Now, they hadn't even prepared the order yet that they refused to cancel it even though their website clearly states that you can cancel an order. The items arrived past their promise date of "wait one more week". The clothes are too small. I asked them for a return and they refused. The they first offered me $20 and to keep the clothes even though I spent over $100. Their final offer was to give me $36 and to keep the clothes. I'm more than a little upset. This is not a good company for customer service.

I ordered a dress It took 16 days to arrive, I'm not that far from North Carolina where it was supposed to be made. Once it arrived, it was WAY different than what was pictured. The print was the same but the colors were greatly muted, the fabric appeared different but the description was vague and there was not a fabric content on what I received and the shirt pictured had a keyhole back and mine did not. Clearly a different shirt! Customer service responded with "I'm sorry, you were dissatisfied with your purchase". And valanio customer service helped me with return.

February 2025, I had ordered an outfit. When I received it, I did not like it. They would not accept the items back. They wanted me to keep it in exchange for giving me $11.00! Found out the merchandise is made in CHINA!
It was extremely hard to contact them. A DISHONEST COMPANY that should be put out of business!

I order a jacket and dress from Valanio. They also mentioned that their clothes were made in South Carolina leading you to believe this is an American company. When I finally received my order both items they were to small. I sent an email requesting a return authorization and got an email back telling me to send $18 via PayPal and they would reship the items and that I could keep the order. They would not accept a return order. Huh? Who does that?.Sounded like a scam so I looked up the company and found so many negatives reviews saying not to buy from this company. Lesson learned...do more research before buying from a company on line. Do not buy from this company. Do some research they have many other companies.

I ordered a dress and it came and was too big and the company will not issue a return form for a refund. Their customer service is horrible.

Ordered a Christmas gift 3 weeks ago I was told would arrive in time and have not received the item. Shipping has been stuck in Los Angeles for 10 days. Customer Service no help and no option given to cancel for a refund. Won't be ordering in the future.

I ordered a 2 piece outfit from them. Their items are quite expensive, it was $57 for that outfit. Their advertisement said "made in South Carolina " & that returns are possible within 30 days. I received & the quality is poor & the bottom (pants) are HUGE even though I ordered a size S. In order to be able to return you have to email them for a return authorization code. I did it & they offered $11 refund (!) Rather than me returning it because I would have to pay the return shipping cost. I said no, that's ridiculous, return shipping won't cost me that much. Next they offered $20 refund, I still said no & I wanted the address where to return it to. So then they said $25 is their final offer or I'll have to pay for shipping to Dubai since that's where they're located & that's where I have to return it to. I told them to give me the $25. Let's see how long it will take to get this. I had a similar situation once before & had to ask them twice again before they refunded me, I'm sure it won't be any different here.
Stay as far away from this company as you can! It's a scam, Their clothes are not true to size, the material is inferior, it feels like plastic, & they are certainly not located in the US! It's all a lie & scam. The stuff is basically not returnable & that's how they should advertise! No returns. Of course no one would buy from them under these circumstances, at these prices that they charge you won't take a chance if it doesn't fit. This is not like a $8 dress from Temu where you can take your chance - if it really doesn't fit you'll donate it.

I ordered a jacket. It arrived and it was too small. I started a return process but was told I needed to pay the full cost of a return. Even if I wanted to EXCHANGE the jacket for a smaller size I still would have to pay for return shipping AND the shipping for the new item. Then they did what they always do and offered me $22.00 to keep the item. Right. Why would I want something I couldn't wear? These people are crooks, thieves and scammers.

I ordered two items and they came to $98 plus, I was told to expect them to arrive within two weeks instead it was five weeks. The fabric was very cheap polyester. The fit was horrible and they didn't look anything like the site. I tried to email them to start a return because they say easy returns and refund. However, nobody would respond to my emails and so I went to PayPal and started a claim against them. At that point they offered me $22 as a refund for my $98 order, then increase to $30. Saying I could keep the clothes, but I wouldn't wear these clothes even if they were free. I would stay far far away from this company.

My first order went smoothly i didn't order as much. Valanio makes sure YOUR first shipment arrives complete, they make sure so you will purchase more later. My second order they messed up, one item was not in the package with the others. They charged me the full anount. When I checked on the missing items there was no response. No communication by phone or email. Its impossible to get a hold of them. This is a scam, do not purchase.

I paid for express but it took a month. Did not receive in time for my cruise but I would have kept them anyway if they weren't such poor quality material. One dress would be impossible for anyone to get on because of the way the waistband is sewn on. Sizing is way off. Refused to let me return for a refund.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that. I ordered a top. It took weeks to ship. The tracking number link said it was delivered. I checked my security footage for the date and time and there was no delivery. They insisted it was delivered. Fortunately my credit card allowed me to dispute the charge and returned my payment.

I ordered items totaling about $150 U.S. dollars and they were too small even though they were the size I normally. They will not take them back and offered me $20.00 to keep them. WHAT A SCAM...buyer beware, beware, beware.

This company sells nice looking apparel, but has no scruples in conducting business. My wife bought a blouse that had a horrible fit ( She has a model's body). They shipped in a poor fitting blouse. Tried to return it, per their written return policy. They lowballed me twice, then said send it back, and we will give you partial credit.
Don't do business with Valanio.

I purchased items in the amount of $90 from Vario. The items are too large, so I contacted them to request a refund. Their response was that they would pay me $15 and I could keep the items. I rejected that. Their second response was they would send me $20 and I can keep the items. I rejected that and told them that I will not negotiate my refund. I requested that they send me a full refund and now they are refusing to respond to any emails. BUYER BEWARE!

I really don't want to give it even 1 star. The clothes are not made in the USA, tags say China. The merchandise is way over priced for the cheap knit material used. It takes weeks to receive. The shipping label is from California, not South Carolina as the site claims. Customer service is non existent. I've emailed them several times and still no reply - it's been 6 weeks since I first contacted them. Do Not waste your money as I did!

They are a scam. They sell the same crappy clothes from China( not Canada or Australia) that don't look at all like the pictures, in several websites. I don't like to give reviews, but if this can help somebody else, it will be worth it. I gave them one star because there is nothing less to give.

Anyone reading this review should immediately drop this website from their list of possible sellers. Classic bait and switch. Show something that appears to be quality and then ship another. And they won't pay for return and only will offer you a small credit to keep items. Avoid Avoid Avoid
