Complete fraudulent website and return policy. They will not fully refund you and will not offer a proper return address for items you don't find acceptable. They will attempt to negotiate with you on how much of a refund they will offer. But then never refund the money.

In November of 2022 I purchased $587 dollars worth of clothes, both for the holidays and many sundresses for a trip I was taking in December. They never arrived. Then, they arrived on January 9th. After all of the parties I was hoping to have new items for and a whole month after my trip that I bought all of the sundresses for.
When I opened each individual package I realized I'd been had. They were all cheaply made, like doll clothes, unshapely designs, with the lowest quality polyester blend fabrics possible. Again like what you would see made for dolls. Nothing like how they were photoshopped onto the skinny model on their adds.
I decided to keep a couple of items to try to make them work with belts etc. because I figured- sundresses, whatever.
The ValaNio website publishes a return policy as "easy returns". But then doesn't have a customer service telephone number, and states "do not return items without a Return label from us, you will not receive credit without contact us first at our email address."

I emailed the customer service. Three days later, they ask me for the SKU numbers. None if the clothes have SKU numbers attached to them. If you don't line up the individual plastic bag with the item… you will not know the SKU. So instead I sent my order form of 15 items and circled for them which I was returning. A total of $286. They enfold three more days later and say they'll give me $85 and I can keep the items. I say no I will send the items back and want a full refund as the website states.
Three more days later, they up the refund option to only $86. I threaten to contact the better business bureau. They up the option another three days later, and I now, I feel so uncomfortable, say no and now I'm sending every single item back for a full $587 refund to whatever address in South Carolina or Florida (places listed on their website as made in America) and 2 days later they say they will be giving me a Dubai address to return to so I should just accept their offer!
Ladies and Gents, PLEASE IGNORE THE PRETTY PHOTOSHOPPED PHOTOs, these clothes are the cheapest you could ever find, probably made in a Sweatshop by kids. You will not be happy and will not receive a refund.
