This is my favorite online shoe store. Been using them since 2014. I noticed the website has changed quite a lot and not user friendly now either. There's no option for shoe size, I'm afraid to purchase anything now. Please let us know this isn't a fake/bad/hacked (or whatever they call it) site, so we can continue to do b/ss!

Do not shop here. Take your business elsewhere! Customer service is a joke and even if they mess up they will give you bare minimum effort to correct. You will be wasting your time and money. Once my dress FINALLY arrived it was wrinkled beyond belief. Run away!

Overall UrbanOG always provides great service to me. This is my third pair of slides. My only issue with this order was the quality of this shoe, from a distance you can't see the flaws of how the shoe was made. However, upclose you can see that a sticky residue was placed across the top of the slide and the show was then decorated with the shiny black square. It also had a few gaps between the placement of the black squares. My only worry about how they made the shoe was if this slide will last me for a while or fall apart easily. Other than that, everything else was great. I ordered my shoes on March 25,2020 and I received them on March 31,2020, so shipping was six days long. I highly recommend ordering shoes from this company.

I placed a order 4/13 shipping says 5/7 days. I emailed them 4 times with no response. They don't have a contact number so it looks like I'm out of 106.00.

I feel bad that urbanog has gotten such bad reviews. Although I read all the terrible reviews on here, I went against my better judgement and placed an order for a pair of boots. And what do you know, everything turned out perfectly. The boots got to me 6 days after I ordered them in perfect condition. I would recommend ordering from them to anyone.

You have to realize people are more likely to write a review if they had a negative experience in comparison to positive experiences.

This company stole my credit card information and used it around California (that's where they are located. I live in North Carolina) When I confronted them about it, they deleted and blocked me from all social media and they deleted my account. BEWARE! These guys are crooks! I will say that the product gets there fast. It took a week each time I ordered something. However, WHY steal from people that are already giving you their money?! That it not okay!

I have an unhealthy obsession with boots and this site has a wide enough selection of boots for me to keep feeding that obsession. Cute and affordable combat boots, wedge boots, and ankle booties? LOVE! Their customer service reps were totally sweet and accommodating when I needed help placing an order. Since stumbling upon this website a couple months ago, I've already made several more purchases and I intend to keep buying to my heart's content. Thanks, Urbanog!

I recently purchased a pair of high top wedge sneakers from Urban OG. I was very concerned purchasing from them after reading all of the negative reviews about the company. However I really liked the shoes, and for the price I had to give it a shot. The processing and shipping days were accurate and delivered on time. The shoes are more than I could have imagined, they are in perfect condition, fit perfectly and I'm totally obsessed with them. I would recommend this website to anyone who needs cute shoes for an affordable price.

The customer service has been great on my end, and they always kept me informed as to what was going on. People reading this also have to understand that if you have a negative experience with a company, of course they're going to write a complaint about it. I recommend this company to anyone! I ordered a pair of brown velvet thigh high boots with gold heels and i got them within 4 days! I was scared that since i got them so cheap, the quality would reflect that but i pulled them out of the box and put them on and have never felt more like beyonce lol. They were unbelievably soft and good quality, and they feel super stable. The heel is connected well, doesn't feel like it will break or come apart at all! Even the zipper is good quality. Thank you!
