STAY AWAY FROM UPS, THIS SERVICE IS GARBAGE. We ordered bees from Romania and they were supposed to be delivered with UPS to Belgium in 3-4 days (according to what was written on their website). The package was given to UPS on 19th of August, but was only shipped on 22th, which was supposed to be the delivery day! So, by checking with the tracking number, we saw yesterday the delivery was planned on Monday 26th. The bees would probably be dead. But today, on 23rd, checking again, the delivery has been delayed to Wednesday 28th. ARE YOU KIDDING? Never again, this delivery service is probably the worse existing and is handled by irresponsible and unqualified people with overpriced fees.

I received package. I received the email pay import fee. So I tried to pay import fee through online what link they provide. But it didn't going through. So sep 8 th Thursday 2022 8.32 am I called customer service I paid what amount showed in the link. It shows in my visa. But I didn't receive any package delivery. The next day Friday also I didn't receive. So again I called customer service. They spoke sweetly and said today you will receive. Friday also I didn't receive. Saturday and Sunday holiday. Again Monday I called customer service. Again they spoke sweetly but nothing in action. They said today you will receive. But Monday and Tuesday no delivery none.in my house around security Camera shows nothing like delivery attempt. Again again i m getting repeated email pay import fee. Again again customer service I confirmed I paid import fee. I don't know what is going on. What they expect me to deliver the package. 4 timed I called customer service No one telling anything simply speak sweetly today you will receive. But I didn't receive any. May be they are expecting any bribe to delivery the package. I paid import fees and delivery fees. What else they need I don't know. People working in ups are all brainless people. In my life time I never face this type of problem. This is my first time involving with ups.

If I won't receive my package my only prayer God has to eradicate this whole ups from the world.
This is my real experience. You ups guys never improve anything. This simple thing 4 times I called no result none. Why guys asking others what we have to improve.

I ordered my nephew a Christmas gift and it was set on my porch with the package ripped open exposing the gift. Thanks a lot ups. You suck.
I'm pissed because UPS system kelp alerting me of that my package was ready for pick up. Which I choose to pick it up due to stormy weather knowing that the last delivery, it rained and they left the package in the rain on my uncovered doorstep. So the alert told me ready for pick up without telling me where to pick it up.( had to call 800#) So when I got there customer service was closed due to pick up times being about 3 hours twice a day but there was people available to assist that just didn't want to do anything extra to satisfy a customer. Mind you this is a hub so my package was in the warehouse that I'm parked in front of. I feel that if I was emailed stating my package was ready then someone should of retrieved it for me. So I left and came back at the scheduled time and they told me it would be available in about an hour... VERY VERY INCONSIDERATE AND INCONVENIENT. I'm actually writing this in the parking lot while I wait. I guess I should go in the build and stare at them and make them feel uncomfortable so they can go get my package so I can leave... I will be sure to ask all companies that have to ship me packages NOT TO USE UPS!
First I didn't get my package because they needed signature in person and i couldn't sign it or anyone else because we have jobs. Then the driver left a paper saying signature in person required. After that i called and asked if i am able to get it without signing and the guy said you have to sign at least the back of the paper and leave it wherever the driver left the paper and i did it perfectly as i was told. And i was at work when they told me final attempt made and package wasn't delivered because it needed the signature. What a $#*!ty company with a $#*!ty driver. After all that i called and asked for pickup package then they gave me the address and i went there, unfortunately they were closed at 6pm with a sign outside says opens from 1pm fo 6 pm. Who tf opens 5 freaking hours. And the problem is that on the maps it says they close at 7. Where is your technology? Tou cant change your business hours no more or you so $#*!ing busy to do it. I think you need more than that, alot more, but that's enough for now, i hope not delivering any more packages for me through us (up $#*!)
My package was returned to sender due to "customer refusal". That did not happen or at least the delivery was not attempted at our house. In fact, we had another package delivered by UPS the same day in the same time period successfully. Prior to the delivery attempt I paid $10 (for each package) to have the delivery postponed for one day to ensure that I would be home to receive them. I was not offered a refund for that $10. Both packages were marked as signature required - the one was left on my doorstep and the other, as I said, was not delivered at all. I tried the worthless customer service number which is a misnomer. It cannot connect you to a real person or provide any avenue to do so. I eventually tried technical support and spoke to three different customer service representatives - none of them were helpful. The first of them, Ivan at technical support on 11/17 around 4pm, told me that I would be able to pick it up from dispatch before it went all the way back to sender and apparently that was a lie. I waited all evening, prepared to go pick it up, for a call from dispatch just as Ivan promised. There was no follow-up to inform me he was mistaken. I also spoke to Marion at technical support 11/18 around 800 am, she informed me that Ivan lied then immediately transferred me so she wouldn't have to hear my reaction, brusque and uninterested. I was transferred to Kevin in international shipping. Kevin was patient and thorough but not able to help me in any way at all. In the end, I had to personally manage the logistics of my shipment outside of UPS. A shipment which was entrusted to these logistics experts, and to top it off I paid extra to ensure it would arrive on a day that I was home. All in all it was the most frustrating shipping experience I have ever had hands-down.
I did get my package a few days delayed but I when I contacted UPS they did do their best to help me and it was resolved really quickly which I liked.

The next time i order something i will make sure its shipped by FEDEX.

Ups is absolute Garbage. I will never do business with this crappy company, in fact I refused to do business with any company that uses UPS, personally and for all of my businesses, deliveries from them since last year. They refused to deliver cancer medicine to me this past week because of an incident stemming back to a verbal attack by one of their drivers last year. Last July a driver never delivered a package, as my security cameras showed. I called UPS and an hour later said driver showed up and immediately started verbally attacking me, starting off with saying, "what the f-ck is your problem?" I replied that you never attempted to deliver my package and my cameras can provide it." He called me bat sh-t crazy as he came right up to me chest to chest. I told him to sit the package down and remove himself from my property. I just stared directly at me and didn't respond. I told him again to get off my property and don't try to threatened and intimidating me with posturing in an aggressive manner. That I will call the police. He only turned to leave once I stepped right up to him. I called UPS, which is impossible to contact anyone and told over 10 times to get ahold of an actual person. The person who answered was sympathetic and said the warehouse manager would call to take and investigate the situation. This never happened. I called repeatedly again and when I finally got a person, they stated that the warehouse manager banned deliveries to my address. Talk about victimize the victim. With all the horrible stories of UPS drivers being caught doing bad things to consumers it is outrageous that they told sides with a drivers defense, and lies to protect himself. Of course, this driver is still out there harassing consumers and I get penalties for his aggressive and threatening action. Now I get victimized further as my cancer medication was refused to be delivered. Absolutely disgusting company.

I went to the ups 405 s Dale mabry in Tampa FL, and the man (Spanish) told me that in two days will be the letter in the Honduras in the address that I provide him, and he and his supervisor lie, they knew that won't be there in two days, actually he said for almost six dollars will be there in six days but if yywant it in two days you has to pay the 22follars I ask him more than one time are you sure and be said yes, and after, 10 days my son still waiting for the letter which was very important, they lie to the people they after they put the information in the computer they pass the packages and letters to usps which take doble and triple time to get to the destiny, they with this deception looks like the devil that deceived the world, they are pig don't trust this company neither the people who works there

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
