The timer on my phone is at 42 minutes while I wait for customer complaint line at UPS ("your wait time is 3 minutes") and I have no resolution to my problem. UPS is the WORST!
Waiting for an iparcel. Login to redirect for pickup, pay the extra fee through paypal, thenget an error message on the UPS site. Try again, same error message ("UPS experiencing a technical difficulty"
Call to track the package. Standard rep says I need to speak with an International rep. International reps says I should email the UPS iparcel address for help. Email... She says there's no other way of contacting them but my package is set to arrive in 2 days and I need to redirect before then so it doesn't sit at my door and get stolen. Email is not an option for me but I also want to make sure I haven't been charged since it's obvious they are not going to redirect my package for pickup. She tries to set up the redirect and can't. To cut my losses, she transfers me to billing to make sure I wasn't charged for the redirect (since Paypal indicated there was a pending charge to UPS for redirect). Billing tells me there is no charge yet but also no redirect so I have to go back to International to set up the redirect. I tell him I've already tried her and she can't.
Now, I ask for the complaint department. Billing can't find the number. When I'm finally transferred, the complaint rep tells me I need to speak with technical support for the website issue and then international rep for the iparcel redirect. Really? REALLY?!
Plain and simple. Ship via Fedex. Google UPS and you will see all the stars! All the ONE STARS!

I never had much to say about UPS other than what you'd expect to hear from an average online shopper. My household averages about 2-3 items per day so, we have a high frequency of drops throughout the day. I have come to appreciate how much the drivers have to deal with, so I highly doubt my gripe is with the "normal" driver for my route. UPS delivered a very sensitive package with (firearms parts) and the contents where very very expensive. According to the driver for a Saturday delivery, it was delivered to a "locker" which my property does not have. None of the apartments in the area have shipping lockers, the staff never signed for any packages and out mail room requires finger print access which UPS does not have (only post master & management). UPS began their investigation and I notified the shipper of the delivery screw up. So far about a week, UPS has been horrible to deal with. Not a single person I've spoken with speaks proper English, I am an immigrant myself so please spare me the bigoted comments. Their accents are so heavy you can't even understand what the person on the other end is saying. The comments do not make any sense and it is clear they are only regurgitating some prescripted nonsense. Moral of the story, I am out nearly a thousand $, UPS has yet to determine anything and the seller even if they cover the loss will not have the parts in stock for another 3-6 months all because this seasonal driver couldn't follow basic directions. I worked deliveries while I finished my engineering degree, it is not a difficult job in that no real thought is required. You are literally just following directions all day, sometimes a gate code would jam me up but come on man... How the heck do you deliver a package to a non existent address when my UPS choice strictly states all packages to be signed over at my front door or signed over by the front office! I hope Amazon gets into the delivery game and buys 'em out to show the old guy a few new tricks. UPS stock is way down, so that makes me feel a little better.

I ORDERED AN ITEM OVER 2,000 DOLLARS AND THE SHIPPER WAS UPS IN JULY OF 2021. MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIEVERD AND UPS TRIED TO SAY THEY DID DELIEVER IT. COMING TO FIND OUT THE PACKAGE WAS STOLEN BY THE UPS DRIVER. I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE ITS ALMOST BEEN ONE YEAR! AND I HAVE STILL RECIEVED NO REFUND EVERY TIME I CALL IM GIVEN DIFFERENT STORIES! I had a parcel which included artwork(reportedly unrecoverable) destroyed in a fire while on UPS custody. I have had no corporate contact when I inquired of the negligence in one of their transfer centers in OK. I spent three weeks requesting information and pictures of the fire—and over 12 hours of phone contact trying to resolve issues of reimbursement and explanation. I have used UPS Stores throughout US and have the greatest respect for them, but they could not provide me with any details or contact info for corporate offices. Suspiciously, I am concerned that this was total negligence on UPS's part and could be a class action law suit if the total number of packages were known and if there were no preventative measures to prevent a fire in their warehouse. I also have never received a simple "I'm sorry for your loss" from any UPS personnel. My parcel contained two drawings by one of the most sought after artists in the world— resulting in a loss for the art world. I have had to use same UPS store again and they refused to prioritize my parcel and guarantee a safe delivery knowing of this situation. So unprofessional and non-transparent. Customer service has no regard for customer property or resolving negligent acts. No pictures are attached as UPS REFUSED TO FORWARD ANY TO CLIENT. I ordered something online and they'd used UPS to send me the package. I paid 2nd Day Air so that I can get the package on time and paid higher than the ground shipping of course. Tuesday they knock on my door, took me 30 second to go down, to watch UPS truck drive away, and they left me a SORRY notice! The next time i wait at the first floor, they didnt even knock on the door or ring the door bell, just put the notice on the door and left, the thrid day they did the samething, i called the customer service they basic told me to $#*! My application isn't running well, I understand this job isn't a full time schedule job, I wait instructions from her for so long until Peggy contact me and let me know about I was ready to start delivery. So far I filled up too many form even I login with Peggy help in the web side too.
I reported to Peggy that something isn't working even if I receive SMS notification when I try to turn on my app damiednt work.
My daughter recorded a voice mail and I didn't know (just was a terrible joke) I said Leah I am sorry too many times and she still is trying me like a garbage. I am going to write a bad review anywhere because after all I inves to many time and money doing copy sent papers scanner etc.
Last time she said I going to call you 3pm
She didn't she call before 245 I was at school.
So I call her back and no body answer.
She is the person that I thing isn't able to work in Human Resources or recluter because she don't understand and don't want to explain. Is racist, Rude, no education form neither professional communication at all

Ordered an item from JD sports at the end of December, the item was scheduled to arrive January 3rd 2021. Item didn't arrive, updates about a new arrival date were few a far between.
I contacted JD sports to say we were moving on January 15th, I asked if we could change the shipping address, was told this couldn't be done
The parcel was eventually delivered by UP'S sometime in February, a signature was required before the parcel could be dropped off, there clearly was no signature, the parcel had been dumped at an empty house with a for sale sign with 'sold' on it about 1 metre away from front door so it didn't require much working out the house was empty.
We received an email later that day saying parcel had been delivered, I went down to house, no parcel!
I contacted JD Sports asking for my money back, they informed me this couldn't be done, it was in the hands of UP'S, it was most likely gonna goto a tribunal. Nearly 7 months after the parcel was due to arrive I've heard nothing from UP'S, and JD sports have washed their hands of it.
Absolutely shocking company, this isn't the only incident with them but I'll save them anymore embarrassment
Need better timing and speed because I paid for a 1 day delivery and now havin to wait 3 days for wat I paid extra for that I didint get and still havent received yet

I would like to give them a 10 stars but of negative stars, they are very untrustworthy company full of lies, the agents told you something on the phone and later they do whatever they want with your packages.
I was expecting a package to be delivered for Friday January 14 if 2022 and I paid to be delivered that specific date and they never delivered on that date, I call the same day at UPS and they told me that they extended the delivery window for Friday before midnight? How have been recieved packages from UPS before midnight? This is a full lie and BS, so I finally got someone on the phone around 10 pm the same friday night and they told me that my package was going to be rescheduled for next day ( saturday January the 15 2022 and they never did, also they promised me that an a supervisor was going to call me Saturday morning and they never did like always, the always lie about that and have been fighting with UPS for the same reason for more than 5 years and I never have recieved a call for any supervisor at all, this company is worthless and all the employees that fallow a script full of BS and lies.
This company shouldn't exist anymore they should gofile for a bankruptcy ASAP!

I sent a professionally packed case of wine on 12/9/19 from FL to NY ground service.
It arrived at the hub and 1 bottle was damaged. They said they would deliver the package to the recipient the next business day. They never did. They then said they returned it to the sender (Me). Never got here. Then they said it all got damaged and they denied my insurance claim because I did not have a number of the box from the manufacturer of whoever made the cardboard box. They also insisted I still had to pay any and all shipping charges. Please know that it took six days to actually be able to speak with a representative after being sent around thru various departments for days. It is virtually impossible to speak with an agent to begin with only virtual assistance available. I believe they stole the wine and then created false information since the delivery status and information kept changing online. AMAZON was SMART to get rid of UPS! NEVER USE THEM. WE WILL NOW CANCEL OUR BS ACCT FROM 1998 AND USE FEDEX!
