Not the first time I've had these issues with UPS, completely incompetent individuals working there. Order package 2 day air, got tracking and delivery date. 2 days later the delivery date disappeared and it says "being rerouted to correct destination " which means they $#*!ed up. 6 days later it says "unable to give delivery date at this time" so after 15 minutes of $#*!ing around with automated phone was able to talk to someone who is of absolutely Zero help, she keeps saying, just keep checking your tracking online... no $#*! dummy that's why I'm calling you because it's not changing. No help, nothing resolved, absolutely a $#*!ing circus. Still don't have my package or delivery date.
Don't know what happened to UPS but their service deserves a 1 star rating. Starting from the Account Manager to Tec support. We have been trying to set up Ups on our system and we have been working with UPS for over a week and we still don't have a system that we can use to ship orders from US. If we don't resolve this today we will go with FedEx

I can't understand how you just loose someone's order? This has happened to me 2 times this week! All in 1 week?! They need to get their $#*! together or need to be investigated one? These are items I desperately need that I will not see and wasted money on! I will go out of my way to not use this worthless crap of a company! This is over the top ridiculous!
One thing I can count on is a UPS driver delivering my packages to the wrong address. There is no way to get hold of a human on the phone unless I falsify to the phone bot the reason I am calling. It's a damn shame. They are too big and DGAF! F-off UPS.
I'll give 1 star only because you have to choose something, right? When making online purchases and the merchant chooses UPS to deliver my purchases, I regress into a feeling of dread. Carrier's in South Florida are illiterate and 9 times out of 10 regard my packages as undeliverable when my address is clearly posted upon my house. Before writing this review, UPS was right outside my house, shuffled around in the back of the truck, then proceeded to get back in the drivers seat and pull away. My alert came on that my package was undeliverable. I'm completely beside myself. How does this happen? Completely disappointed in the UPS services. Zero stars if it could be.
I missed my delivery due to not knowing the delivery was arriving until the day it come. The delivery driver then dropped my parcel at a collection point over 2 miles away, by the time I would have got there after work the shop would have been shut. After 7 phone calls of trying to get my package delivered to a closer pick up pick and speaking to 2 managers 1 called DAVID and another JACOB, I was rudely told to go and collect the parcel myself! As it seems UPS can not arrange anything themselves. Now waiting on a phone call back from a senior manager called Michelle, I do not hold any hopes on these idiots
They always leave my packages at my neighbors, is frustrating everytime I see the notification where is says is left on the front of my house and not ve able to find my stuff. My neighbors sometimes they return my stuff with the package open like if they need to see first then return it. I had lost packages before thanks to UPS they need to read the address correctly.
Worst ever! I been waiting for my stuff about a month and they keep telling me different things everyday. I filed a claim. Ups sucks. And I will not use them ever again
I do not know who would design a system that makes 4 delivery attempts in the middle of 4 weekdays, expect different results, leave vague notes that do not even have the receiver's name, not offer to keep the package in the office for pickup, actively reject the receiver's offers to pick up the package at their office, and proceed to return the package to the sender.
UPS is terrible. Nothing but issues with the drivers being rude and packages not delivered on time. FedEx and Amazon are so much better.
UPS literally dropped my mail (not a package) on the floor just where it can be stolen.
They lied about attempting a package delivery and left my package in their office waiting on me to pick up, I should have rather chosen a pickup option when buying my item

Spent my entire lunch break trying to see how to ship oversized package. The automated system won't let you talk to anyone and no matter what you say it says did you say something completely different than what you asked. Clearly they could care less so won't be using UPS again. Posting my experience every were I possibly can. Poor customer service will catch up when the shipping frenzy ends. Good luck to you guys then.
I had a package that (unbeknownst to me) required a signature. When I tried to talk to UPS about scheduling it or finding a way to know the approximate time of delivery, I couldn't get past the voice prompts. After several tries I finally got a person who assured me I now had an account on their app that would tell me when the package would arrive, but wait 15 minutes to check it. I think that was to get rid of me because not only did I not have an account set up it wouldn't let me set up an account.
I finally reached out to the sender and it took me about 2 minutes to get them to notify UPS of a new delivery address where someone will be here to sign for the package.
Shippers please don't use UPS. It's not worth the hassle for me to deal with them and from now on I'll try to order from businesses that use reliable shipping companies.
Item collected 8th December, lost by 11th. I paid for insurance up to £1k so I thought I was covered. I sent lots of evidence backing up my claim. Claim showing as approved but still no money, in spite of numerous telephone calls. Every time I call, the pay date is put back further. We are talking £300.00 here so not unsubstantial. I am giving them until the end of January then I will approach The Small Claims Court. Don't touch UPS with a bargepole!
I am honestly not sure if they're just incompetent, liars, or liars AND thieves. All I know is my packages are continously marked as delivered despite the fact that I never receive them. I have a ring and full property surveillance. Sometimes they never even come on my road, yet they somehow deliver my packages?
Consistently late. Despite promises always delivers after 10 PM. Addresses mixed up. Very poor customer support. Good luck talking to anybody if your package is missing. Auto help on their web page is a joke. Prices are significantly more expensive than USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
UPS delivered an oven to my patio. The door on the oven was shattered, and the box it was packed in was falling apart. They would not pick up the package because the box was falling apart, and it was dangerous for their driver to move it. They dumped a broken oven with damaged packaging, and I have to pay to remove it.
Amazon should tell you when they will be using UPS -- because then the customer can CANCEL the order to avoid the wasted time and order it from someone else.
UPS doesn't even TRY to deliver and send it to a nearby moldy and infectious CVS that we are supposed to drive to and pick up (and catch disease). UPS doesn't care whatsoever and offers no solutions.
