My package was never delivered they claim there was an attempt but there wasn't I've been home all morning there was no knock on my door nor was there a note slip per usual. It never fails everytime I order and ups is involve I never get my package NEVER!SMH I wish I could give no stars.
Sold 2 pairs of shoes and used ups to ship from Ohio to California. Shoes made it to LA, then disappeared (were stolen). The customer service rep basically told me the driver probably stole them since they disappeared after leaving the UPS facility with the driver and were never delivered. And to top it off, even though I said the items value were $460 when I shipped, they refuse to pay out over $100 because I don't have a receipt to prove the value. What a scam. Declare their value and still not get reimbursed. Hype Sneakers sell well above their original purchase price. UPS doesn't care. Even when they're the thieves. FedEx is more expensive, but they don't steal your stuff then refuse to pay you their value. NEVER USE UPS
I am actually rating them a zero! My package arrived in town. The delivery attempt was made but I was at work. They left me a ticket showing an address for me to pick up my packages. However, the packages have not been there on 3 attempts by me to pick them up. The facility they work out of no longer allows the public to go there to pick things up. The 3rd party facility is not being informed as to when my packages will be there and the number to the facility is no longer in service. I called customer service. They told me the packages were marked as delivered. I was pretty clear when I called they had not been delivered. I also informed them of the alternate address and the packages not being there either. This is the worst delivery service I have ever worked with and their customer service is the worst as well.
Says my package is delayed and will reshedule delvery time. Why is it taking so long to reshedule? Last time they said package was lost only to days later say it was damaged. No faith in UPS.Perhaps company I deal with will use a diferent shipper next time. I would pay more to not have UPS deliver my packages.

I would like to thank the team that delivers to 300 Gramatan Ave in Mount Vernon NY. They always deliver my packages to the 2nd floor walk up, no matter how heavy. I know this is their job but it is not an easy one especially during the holiday season. The weather doesnt help either. Just a shout out to let them know they are appreciated for a tough job well done..

I am still waiting for a package that was delivered from the states which arrived at the depot in Richmond, BC in good time. But when it came to being delivered to my place from there what a gong show. I took time out of my day to wait for this package because they are not allowed to leave it at one of their check points because they are required to receive a signature. Which does not make sense why I cannot give my signature at the depot, and here we are on a Friday (the last day they can deliver till next week). I am headed back to work and I will definitely not be able to sign anything cause I do not have the time to take time off.
So if you can try to get your product delivered from another service because THIS COMPANY SUCKS.

Firstly, I sat around for six hours straight at home waiting for my package 2 days in a row and never received it. I waited 2 hours outside of their projected delivery time. Held up my entire day. Secondly damaged a Christmas gift and owe me for that. Thirdly most of all the worst customer service on the planet. You cannot talk to a live body and file a claim of which I have two now. I am contacting my attorney which I never do except extraordinary circumstances. UPS is up there with the worst companies. Period. Ever. You should be ashamed of how you handle business.
I am going to write this in the nicest way possible, but they say they will deliver at this time and then they deliver it at another time, they said my package would come today at 9 pm so I decided to go to sleep and not wait on the package I wake up at 10 am only to see that it was delivered almost 3 a hours ago. I check my mail nothing, I check outside my door nothing, I even check for a delivery notice paper on my door and nothing. I try to contact them but it's just that stupid robot and no matter how many times I say my tracking number it just ends up hanging up on me. I have called them atleast 10 times now, I even called the ups near me and they told me to call their customer support line, I call them again and that stupid robot is getting on my nerves, because now I am crying and trying to say the numbers slowly and it's just pissing me off even more. This isn't even the first time my package goes missing from ups, I advise y'all to stay away from them because if you lose your package you won't ever get to reach them. Now I have to ask for a refund on my package and then order from somewhere else because UPS ain't it at all.

This is the second order that has been delivered to the wrong address! I had to drive 30min to receive my package and thank goodness it wasn't delivered to someone's home but to a business with honest people. Ups definitely has went down hill.
Stop using this overpriced turtle shipper. Going forward I will ask how they will be shipping my package. If they say UPS. I'll shop elsewhere. Nothing but excuses with these clowns. I was charged 150. Dollars for shipping and we are now on day 9. Just got a notice of rescheduling. Again. This is the third reschedule.
If I could rate at zero stars, I would. I paid for 2 day delivery on a package. It arrived 6 days later. After an attempt to get a refund on the difference between 2-day and normal delivery (about $70) with UPS, I was told I had to take it up with the store, located on 95th St in Lenexa, KS. After 2 phone calls and 2 visits to the store, I was told it was not guaranteed for delivery (not advised that when I spent the $100) and that no refund would be issued. Not even an offer to split the difference or anything similar. I consider this a complete lack of customer service.
I would not recommend this store or UPS for any package delivery.
I had a water heater delivered to me on December 28 and when I opened the box it was all dented and had the drain valve on the bottom broken off. I called the place where I ordered it from and they said that I would have to order another one and have the damaged one shipped back. I have 1000.00 invested in water heaters now till they refund my money back on the damaged one. Well the UPS driver drove up to the house and looked at it and was going to drive away till I yelled at him and said I have a pickup. He got mad and slammed the truck in park and slammed the door open cuz he didn't want to mess with it. He finally got out of the truck and gave me the tracking number that he was supposed to pick up and loaded it up in his truck. He was going to let the person works the next day to do it. Lazy drivers.
I used to love going to my local ups store, friendly and always service oriented. Fast forward, change of staff and now rude and not service oriented at all. Then they closed my local store (surprised) and now the closest one is 20 mins away where I went yesterday to return an Amazon package. Different rules, so I had to print a label instead of using the QR code, paid for it which is ok, but would have been great to know about beforehand. The woman behind me did not have to use the computer to print, they did it for her, so very inconsistent and the staff was just very unfriendly and not service minded at all. This never happens at FedEx and I wish Amazon and more companies would use them instead.

On 12/14/22 I placed my order with Hermosa who has delivered to me before. However, here I am on December 27 and I still don't have my product. The reason Chris who is the delivery guy in the Short North per the store located in the Short North. He is the reason why I'm not getting my packages. He is being vindictive and facetious irregardless of his position as an employee with UPS. And UPS doesn't care that I'm not getting my package.
The only reason they are getting one star is because no stars is not an option. By far the worst logistics company ever. I have bought so many items that the seller has shipped UPS and the package never arrives on time. Even when you pay for same day or next day air. It amazes me they are still in business. UPS CEO you need to work on customer service. AMAZON manages to get packages tracking within minutes. UPS is absolute trash.
