Constant delays in delivery wayyy past the original delivery date. Constant updates of unclear weather in my area when it's completely clear out. No weather issues at all. Paid extra for express, only for them to change it to standard and keep the money without a word. No way would I ever say UPS does a good job.
I want to say that those who deliver UPS mail are fools who work with Navigator to deliver Parcels and ALWAYS in my case they leave my packages in the wrong house. PLEASE put more qualified people to do this job.
I ordered a part and paid the company, and also paid for shipping by ups. The package showed up and I was not home. So they left a note saying I have to pay another 90 dollars... Now they won't answer my questions or calls. I've tried the tracking and tried the toll-free number, no one will talk to me. If there was a 0 star, I would pick it. Okay my dad is sick and tired he is he ordered his direct Express card paid for it to get delivered to his house but the woman driver does not like delivering down our driveway she leaves it in a neighbor's rose bush and don't even know how long it's been there this is getting ridiculous you need to talk to your coworkers about this crap you are paid to do your job I don't care if you like the driveway or not deliver it enjoy the site scene. 3 times now ups shows delivering a package to my porch. I live in the country so they deliver to my gate. In the end they claim they couldn't find address so they deliver to someone with same name in a different town and county. FedEx and Amazon have no problem finding it.
Waited for my package to be delivered yesterday and it never came. Today I was told bad weather was the reason and it would be to me soon.

For the 2nd time in a month UPS driver did not bother to deliver package to my place.
Instead of delivering UPS send me email saying I wasn't at home and I have to puck up parcel at UPS facility.

The fact I even have to give one star is beyond infuriating. What a disaster of a company this is. Your customer support is in a complete other country that has ZERO vision on what is actually taking place. Your systems don't communicate correct information and leave customers chasing packages that aren't even in the state. When you're guaranteed by customer service that your package is ready for pickup, then your show up to pick up said package and are informed "Oh yeah, customer service is in Guatemala and have no idea where package actually are", THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM! Get your crap together! It's no wonder nobody wants to use your service.
Ordered a package from Costco. Supposed to arrive 8 days later. Never happened. Phoned UPS and Costco. Was told package would be delivered to shipping address as I requested (not access point), within 24-48 hrs. I waited an extra day and phoned both again. Was told by UPS it would be delivered by the end of the day. Costco phoned and were told it was going to be delivered to an access point. I have an email from UPS saying they would ship it to street address I initially requested. I think UPS Does Not want to ship to street addresses. Costco cancelled the first order and is trying again. I told Costco if they continue to use UPS, I will no longer order anything online.
Theyre pretty slow mentally and physically. They seem lost and the address is very straightforward. Idk if I'll ever get what I bought and paid for.

I will never deal with this shipping service again! I was expecting 2 packages that were returned back to sender because of supposedly refused delivery, and I never spoke to anybody nor had any type of contact with any UPS mail carrier! When I called UPS customer service, all they could do was apologize & say it was a "mistake". They were not very knowledgeable in my opinion and kept giving me 'standard' answers just to pacify me.
Driver did not leave an info notice on door when trying to deliver package that needed signature (I was not home), yet UPS website does not allow you to change delivery time or location (unless you pay minimum of $10) online. Finally got a hold of customer service agent (India?) who could've cared less about a customer not being able to access information about a package in their own account. Agent suggested that I have it sent to a pickup location and pay $7 to do so. Unfreakinbelievable how this company, which used to be the pinnacle of success, has fallen so low. Doesn't even try any more.

I called customer service gave him my phone number because of the rain they could call me from the gate in the country when the package arrived. They assured me they would. They never called. Left a note. I won't do this again and waste my time for bad service. Now I have to drive 45 minutes, for a sure thing, the nearest place to pick up my package because they say it was not deliverable. Took the time to write a note, but not to call me. I was to sit at the gate for 12 hrs and wait on them guessing. I will never use ups again.I will use Fed express. Ups are brain Donors entitled, overpaid, moran workers. I gave him my number to call. They lost my antique Hardy fishing reel. (Well it wasnt scanned by the agency van driver, but it was taken according to bargain booze). Shame on ebay for recommending this company. Someone needs to investigate UPS company. They didn't even pay my postage back. Are agency van driver staff stealing special delivery parcels like the bargain booze till girl thinks? How many didn't UPS pay out onthe extra paid for insurance? I am sending all details to the Ombudsman to investigate. Your parcel may simply dissappear and good luck getting the insurance. Customer service is awful.
Workers are careless, irresponsible with packages, they keep losing/stealing the packages and saying it's on delay, it remained in a building, all type of stupid excuses.
