The best delivery status program I've ever used to track my packages. Not only do you get updated every time your package switches hands, trucks, and hubs but once it's out for delivery you can get a general destination where the truck is carrying your package! Cool stuff man!
Absolutely horrible service! We are waiting for the delivery of an important part for which we paid over $500.00 to repair of one of our service vehicles. The package was supposed to be delivered six days ago, and is MIA. UPS can not be reached by phone to find out what happened to our package, and we have been unable to get any live updates or information from them whatsoever. UPS provides the worst customer service, and is completely unreliable. Everyone should use the US postal service for shipping! I am demanding a refund from the place of purchase today. I am done with this debacle!
My package is now 5 days late. I assume it'll be another 2 to 10 days before I either get it or I get some email from the supplier that my package was lost. Somehow the package originally was in my state, was set to be delivered on time, then ended up in Las Vegas. It took another 3 days to get back to my state. It has been sitting in whatever warehouse-sorting facility for 2 more days. Absolute knobs, every single one of them. FedEx is vastly better.
UPS just called to tell me they damaged my package in transit and would not be able to file a claim. They picked up the package and the next day it was damaged in transit. Regardless of all the warning labels all over the box to Handle With Care, Fragile, This Side Up, it was still mishandled. The coating inside leaked and it was thrown away at a UPS facility. The customer service rep said he could not process a claim without photos. I told him I requested photos from the facility that reported it damaged, but they didn't send me any. He told me UPS does not take photos, they do a visual inspection and discard. This package was insured for $650, which I paid extra for insurance. Not only did I lose the shipping cost, I lost the contents and had to reship to my customer, costing me double the money. Worst service ever.
I have a package to be delivered Friday. I get multiple delay notifications. Then I get out for deliver... then one more delay notification for the follow day. We are now 5 days past when it was originally supposed to arrive. So when asking to escalate and discuss the girl's poor customer service skills because she continues to interrupt she tells me there is no way to identify her against any other person there. Wow...
The worst courier service I've ever used, difficult to contact, takes long time to deliver and one's my parcel arrived (after 3 weeks of waiting) few items were broke beyond repair. When I called to complain I was told I'll be contacted within 24 hours, but never heard anything back. For a worldwide company I'm extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend it!
I'm done. I've been buying and selling online for decades now and again and and again and again UPS is a fail. In every regard they fall grossly short of their whole mission. Customer service is an absolute joke. The post office or even dmv has far better. Packages are routinely lost, delayed, or simply held up somewhere without explanation. Tracking is almost useless and highly inconsistent. Now we have this UPS INNOVATIONS nonsense. Don't even get me started. Beyond a joke. Zero accountability form this company. I will be going out of my way to never purchase another item shipped by UPS again. I'm done.
Literally tried delivering my $1000 phone twice according to them. Ive been home both times waiting all day and they never even tried, never rang the doorbell, nothing. Save your money and time and tell the company you purchased from to give you another option for shipping. UPS has gone nowhere but downhill
Do NOT depend on your package arriving in the expected time frame when going with UPS. They are unreliable. I sent a package ground that was in a normally 2 day delivery and had a good city address, number on the home yet the driver was unable to locate the address! You can hang it up trying to call in to speak with someone about your package, their automated system will block or hang up and then when you are able to get through,, You will most likely have a language barrier with the contracted workers! I will never use UPS again nor recommend!
By the way my package my package is still bumbling around in Illinois somewhere. Each day I track it it goes from "On the Way" to "Out for Delivery."
UPS was supposed to deliver a computer to me in 2 days. It has been 7 days and I still don't have it. They have "guaranteed" delivery 3 times now. Still I have nothing. Their customer service representatives in the Philippines are not helpful. They're polite enough, but do nothing.
Ultra slow shipping speed. It's taking more than one week to deliver - yes, I'm still waiting up to now. It sat in Texas for 3 days and now it's sitting in Los Angeles the whole day with no movement. I suggest using the good old post office if you're in a rush and just buy insurance if you're concerned about losing the package.
As a business we rely on shipping to maintain out facility. That being said, we don't need the items we order to conduct business being damaged or lost by UPS. Then, if you try to contact them. The only way is to speak to a virtual customer service rep. That's a joke, much like their business. And then try waiting for a call back. You would have better luck wishing for a winning lottery ticket number! I usually only post positive things about a business because its easy to complain but harder to take the time to compliment. In this situation I feel I must speak out.
I will forever be this company's nightmare. I would NEVER recommend them for anything. I have friends with businesses and I am making sure that they don't give business to such an awful deplorable company. Their customer service people are robots that follow scripts and have NO capability to resolve problems. They have completely messed up a delivery and lost my package and it is the last straw. I have let the past issues pass because hey, everyone makes mistakes, but this company is so redundant on its mistakes and yet has customer service people that do not know how to talk to clients and have ZERO use. They are not trained properly. The company gives them NO authority to resolve problems so in essence they are paying them to just say "hello" when we call. What a waste of my money, time and a lot of cause of aggravation and hiked blood pressure from these people. Awful company!
I have been a customer of UPS in one way or another for over 20 years. How a company such as UPS can continue to lose or damage shipments so often and get away with it is astounding. They have forgotten that it is the customer that pays for their service. Treat the customer better and you'll get more business.
Had to call 3 times and still got no where. 1 called said package was sent back. 2 tracking number is incorrect. 3 your package will be delivered tomorrow and you can not pick up from any location. But I must be home to sign for it or they won't leave it. I will never ship through ups again this has been the worst experience. Last package I had shipped through ups was damaged. Save yourself time and ship with FedEx or anyone else but ups..
I have a problem with delivery every time I order from Walmart. The online system communication re: package delivery is archaic. Twice total strangers dropped off my misplaced packages. Twice I have not received and another time I had to wait 2 weeks for refunds because of wrong information on their part.
800$, for items I didn't need but after 5 days of correcting the address and continuing to deliver to the wrong address. Then holding my package 3 cities away, I am livid. In a year I have 5-10 packages delivered by UPS and they all have issues, while on track and fed ex deliver them with no issue. This delivery company is a stain on good delivery services
Tried to contact UPS about shipping charges. They won't even let you through to a representative without a tracking number. I need information before I ship. Worst customer service of any I've dealt with.
Had me sign for and pick up an $80 package at a holding facility last week, but had no problem leaving a 50 inch television I ordered on my front porch for all the world to see today while I was at work. The reason I say they don't care is that the 'attempted delivery' of the small package wasn't caught on either of my ring cameras, making me question if there was even an attempt, but the quick knock on my door and mad dash away today was. I'm certain the drivers get paid enough to ring the doorbell, that way if someone is home they can have a chance of knowing the delivery was made. And I'm sure delivery drivers know what a ring camera looks like. Anyone with social media knows what it does. Since I wasn't home, it would have been nice to get that notification on my phone. Lazy? Working with the porch pirates? Or just don't care?
Lately, the company had taken a severe dive in quality of service.
Received packages are smashed more often than not, a few times have been crushed flat by something extraordinarily heavy (truck?) Or so water soaked that contents feel out of boxes.
And now the additional growing trend are for the company and drivers both to claim invalid addresses and delay shipments for days, or even weeks.
Addresses are same as have been used for years.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
