I was pleasantly surprised that the flag was delivered in only 4 days! It is great quality and will look awesome on our pole at our church from now on (we have 24/7 lights).
I ordered these bulbs on 4-3-17. I received a shipment where there was little to no packing in the box and thus all the bulbs were broken. This was not my fault.
I was promised that the new bulbs would be shipped right away. They were not.
I was then promised they would be shipped on the 3rd of April. They were not

If The Post Office would not have screwed up the delivery. Your Flag wound be on top of Round Mountain instead of a Wal-Mart Cheepie. I think you should find a new company to do your shipping. The USPS has no customer service skills. They do not guarantee any shipping dates.

The box was received in bad condition. One end of the box was torn around the circumferance and the other end had a hole in it. Parts could have easily fallen out of the box. The driver did not ring thee doorbell so I didn't have the opportunity to confront him about the damage.
I ordered two 3X5 flags cases as graduation gifts for MIDS from the Naval Academy. Beautiful -- well made --- and arrived even before promised. I also ordered a Black on gold nameplate -- and am very happy that I did. The cases are far superior to what I saw on local shelves, and the nameplate is the perfect addition.

I bought a 20ft residential pole from you about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Easy instructions of sitting it in the ground. We also took different size pc pipe and put inside the pole to give it more stability. The flag that came with it was beautiful. We couldn't find a light to shine on at night so we had to order one through you. We got it today. So have to wait 3 days for charging before we can use it. I am sure we will like it also.
A Marine tenant in our park has recently given our lake-side rv park flag pole a beautiful touch-up paint job. I ordered a Flag and pole to place on the grave of my husband. He was a Disabled American Veteran and died unexpectedly in 2015 just 3 days shy of his 50th birthday. He was a very patriotic soul his entire life and had always expressed that he didn't care how big his grave marker or stone was as long as an American Flag flew over his final resting spot. Thanks to United-states-flag I was able to afford a better quality flag and pole than I expected therefore giving him the memorial he deserves. Delivery was quick and shipping was free.
