Why are you charging Florida Sales Tax on shipping? Are you actually paying sales tax on shipping to the State of Florida? No other vendor charges tax on shipping. On information and belief, vendors are not required to pay (and do not pay) sales tax for shipping expense. I have a business registered in the state of Florida which pays sales tax. Do I need to contact State of Florida Department of Revenue and ask them to review your tax remittance payments in the state of Florida?

I have previously ordered a Troop flag and the experience was very good. We are currently replacing the flag again due to a change in Charter Organization name. Setting up the order was no problem. Placing the order was a minor ordeal. When I selected the final step to place the order, nothing happened. I rechecked the cart information and placed the order again and again nothing happened.
I exited the order screen and checked order history which showed one order placed. However, I did not receive any email confirmation. The next morning I checked the order history and no order as shown. I called and talked with a sales agent. She indicated that no order was placed an no order was pending. I reentered the order and place the order again, this time with a confirmation received. However, now I continue to get notices that I need to complete my order, although there is no pending order and nothing in my cart. It has been just a little frustrating. Hoping to get the flag as ordered in the next several weeks. I also lost the 10% discount that was offered on the initial order, but that was not a major deterrent.

I bought a fire fighter flag recently and gave it to my local Fire Department in Northfield, MA. In just a few months it faded from a bright red to very dull, quite pathetic. I contacted customer service and was abruptly denied any option as it was past the warranty period, Under 3 months? I would not recommend buying anything from this company, they do not stand behind their products.

Had to redecorate the backyard and the roof of my house and ordered some flags of the country where I was staying for a long period - the USA.
I am a fan of this country and I wanted to stress this by these symbolic flags which nowadays adorn my backyard and roof.
There were some intricacies with ordering all this stuff, because the process itself isn't very straightforward, however, I got away with it within several hours.
Well... this spent time worth that.

I discovered Carrot-Top searching online to replace another company whose practices changed in the past couple of years. Their delivery time expanded to the point where the previous delivery took 2 weeks. Also they were unresponsive to telephone calls. Several months ago I ordered 600' of rope which arrived on a spindle (except for a few feet) and arrived 2 days from the date of my order. The flag also arrived in the same amount of time. Furthermore I have contacted Carrot-Top by phone and was serviced quickly and professionally. I definitely received the impression that Carrot-Top appreciated and wanted my business. So long as service is as it is now I have no intention of looking anywhere else for flags or accessories.

Shipper agreed deliver to Volunteer Ambulance Corps building instead of member's house as had been. We have now been waiting over 3 weeks for Carrot Top's recommended installer to return calls & emails to schedule installation. Carrot Top's staff has failed to follow up to assist us.

Very unprofessional

Have not even been able to open box to see new flag pole due to space limitations so cannot comment on quality of product, just poor quality of service & lack of followup.
