Love carrot top, best flags in the industry, however, hate the solar flagpole light, definitely not worth the $200.00 very dim, poor battery life, solar panel does not have the required ability to aim it correctly.
Not satisfied at all.

I ordered a flagpole, but the wrong one was shipped to me. When I called customer service. They were so helpful and apologetic. The next day I received the correct item along with the return label. They really care about their customer base.

The flag that I had ordered was not appropriate for the flagpole I had ordered...a sales associate called me to explain why and suggested a different flag...nice of you to go to that extra trouble and I very much appreciate it...will definitely order from here again

We had issues with the cemetery flags we ordered, however a carrot-top representative reached out to us and took care of the problem quickly and very professionally. I will continue to use and recommend this company.

Great service. The mounting bracket was actually broken when I opened the package. I called Carrot-Top and had a new one within a few days along with a return label to send the broke one back so they could examine it and try to improve on the issue.

Easy site to navigate for what I did. Sign up address defaults billing and shipping address as the same. The only way to get them different is to add a new address.

Overall everything was fine. Worked as expected.

We always order our flags and poles from Carrot-Top and have had no problems with them. The telescoping poles hold up in strong winds. We will donate these poles to a Veteran's Memorial whose flag poles broke in a recent wind storm.

The website is easy to use to find the products you want. They were the only source for the specific flag I was looking for and they have a pretty vast selection of flags. I would definitely make future purchases from them.

The Sale of $14++ for flags is miss leading. I'm disappointed in that. I also purchased a flag pole 2-3 months ago. This pole is 6' mental in two pieces. Do not buy this pole. It looks like it came from a pup tent kit. Other then this, I'm happy with the other products I have purchased.

We changed our usual order from one type of fabric to another. The same day we placed the order your company called to verify we were trying something new. The fact that they knew exactly what we usually order and were calling to check on us was very thoughtful and their quick response was appreciated. This is a company we trust and are proud to order from.

Like it, and meets our needs for 3x5 flag. Need to call customer service to figure out how to make it spin? I wish it had instructions. Also, the wooden finish did not come with the hook, as the other five. I see it now on the site but missed that when ordering.

Hard to find what I was looking for on your website. Also, dimensions for all items should be listed. I could not find the size of a collapsed Telescopic pole set. Luckily, I knew someone that had one and they measured it for me. (Ordered on a weekend when the office was closed) Edited: Turns out it was not the same pole! I could have ordered a smaller bag, since it collapsed down smaller than the pole I measured.
