I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. I purchased a display of years ago and wanted a second one from the same company. I ordered the same item and received a different wood color. I sent pictures asking if they could match the color. Minimal response. When they sent the product, it was the incorrect color. I returned it. They sent another one that did not match. And now I'm a month in waiting for my financial return. Very dissatisfied.

As we explained when you first contacted us, our cases are made from solid, natural wood. Over time, wood darkens as it ages and is exposed to air and light. Because of this, it is not possible for us to match the color of an older case with a new one.
You placed your order knowing this, and after receiving the first case we provided a prepaid return label as a courtesy. You then requested a replacement, but as we explained again, the results will always be the same since we only work with fresh wood directly from the mill.
We will gladly process a full refund once we receive your return, but please understand that it will not be possible to match your older case in the future. We are truly sorry we could not meet your expectations in this case, and we hope this explanation helps others understand the natural qualities of real wood.

I bought a memorial flag case for my father's burial flag. The case looks and feels cheap and the frame "glass" is actually a flimsy, flexible piece of scratched plastic with a terrible glare. I'm going to have to have new glass cut for it. I'm so disappointed.

The flag was delivered and exceeded our expectations. The quality is beautiful. This was a gift for a colleague who just became an american citizen and she was so touched by this. My ONLY feedback is the little plaque that we ordered with a message to her couldn't really go anywhere on the frame because the frame is curved not flat.
