I ordered a custom flag display case, picked out the engraving, and paid for it, only to receive an email from the company that the manufacturer had gone out of business and it was not available. I requested a refund for my order, which of course takes 3-5 business days to receive. Poor management of the website to continue offering discontinued products.

Arrived undamaged and is the perfect backdrop for medals, etc.

I ordered this as a gift to a friend whose father, a former Marine, passed. She was so pleased with the Burial Flag display case and engraving. Both are beautiful. The shipment came quickly and everything was perfect.

Loved the flag box and the engraving plate. However the pedestal/Urn wasn't satisfactory. I called and expressed my opinion on how to correct the flaw but it seemed to have not been received as I had hoped. After two phone calls, Ended up fully enclosing pedestal/Urn myself with pieces of panel wood and it now looks outstanding.

Great products and descriptions and made in the USA. The etching on glass of the USAF logo and my father in law's name and rank was well done and looks great. Thank you.
