Very nice frame. Great finish. First one came damaged in shipping. It was replaced quickly and easily at no additional cost.
Placed an order, then had order cancelled and told to reorder to an issue with order. When I went to reorder the cost of item had increased $25. Was told it was shipping but it wasn't. I hadn't even gotten to the shipping part of my order and the price had already increased. Was told to order it from their other shop but the price there was even more expensive. Ultimately found it online at another shop for less and free shipping.
This had been by far the best experience I've had ordering something online. They are very professional and answer back your questions in a timely matter. I can't wait to order again for here!
Went on line to find a quality flag display case. Was looking for quality and great price. I was very happy with both. Arrived at the designated date.
The burial flag case is light, well made and stores the flag nicely. I like that veterans make the products at The Military Gift Store. It was worth the wait.

While I have not yet received my flag case, I was impressed to receive a thank you email, and the the plaque that I ordered was perfect. I'm sure the case will be something I will treasure.
First of all, I have to note that I take full responsibility for this because I acted against my better judgement. My grandfather who also served, recently passed away, and knowing I was flying across the country to present his service flag to my mother, I proactively ordered a personalized display case for it. Obviously these things are time sensitive, so I purchased without a ton of research. Long story short, I spent over $200 for a subpar product I likely could have made myself, but worse, this company completely forgot the personalized inscription. I looked back at my order and sure enough, it was supposed to come with a multi-line, personalized engraving. Whether it was a staff mistake, or a problem with their system, I can't say. What I will say is I find the idea of a company, who deals in Military Honors, to be as negligent as I have seen is absolutely astonishing. That being said, after I placed my order, I looked deeper into their website. Aside from it being very "cheesy", it was full of grammatical errors and incoherent images... This was to the point I was half convinced it was fake, and my identity was likely stolen. I could just of easily walked into the local PX and purchased a display case, 2X the quality for half the price. Buyer beware I suppose.

I purchased this display case to showcase my dad's military honors. I am impressed with the engraving and the quality of the wood. I highly recommend this product.
Beautiful wooden display case. I can hardly wait to display my husbands flag and Army metals. The size is large but will hold everything.

Beautiful flag case but thought an Air Force insignia would be on it. The lazer ingraving came out just how I wanted it.
It's been a great deal of time and I have not received my flag case. I have emailed twice to no avail.
As you know your case is hand made by our veterans,
I have looked into the status of the case, and it looks like it is in the final stage of production. ( It is drying now ( we cant pack it if it still wet)
And it looks like it will be shipped to you by the end of next week.

Ordered shadow box. Was told it would ship by aug 4, today is 8th and still waiting to hear it shipped. Tried reaching them by email and no response.
There was an error on the orginal sign, but they fixed it and the second one looks great. A little slow but worth the wait.
Still waiting on it to be delivered. Ordered and says it was shipped March 7. I have not received any updates on where it is

First I will love to assure you that we DO NOT STILL YOUR IS+DENTETTY!
We work with the US Government, as well as all the military branches for a lot of years!
If you will look at the e mail confirmation that we have sent you - we stated that the name plate will not come together with the flag case - it have to be personalized! - and that takes 1-2 days to engrave the plate and ship it ( it comes with a double sided tape so after you get the flag case - you can decide what location on the case you like to place the plate - and you place it out by yourself)
After looking at your order your name plate was actually sent to you already - and it looks like by monday or Tuesday you will have it ( today is sunday)
- And I feel very sorry that you did not attempt to contact us before posting such a negative review!
And you neglect to mention how fast you received the case - and that the case is all hand made in the USA.
