My prior review was very emotional and reactive, as my Father's burial flag holder came without my request for a paid engraving. With a couple of emails asking for a refund of services and a couple of negative reviews, I received my engraved plate two weeks after my original order was delivered. I ordered a custom flag display case, picked out the engraving, and paid for it, only to receive an email from the company that the manufacturer had gone out of business and it was not available. I requested a refund for my order, which of course takes 3-5 business days to receive. Poor management of the website to continue offering discontinued products.

The order total confusing. The back interior I ordered blue, received in black. I didn't know they going to send it via Amazon.
This vendor needs to CLEARLY state that your product will be in the hands of the USPS and not UPS. There is a massive difference. I ordered a flag and display case and paid an extra $229 for TWO DAY delivery. Well, here we are THREE DAYS LATER and the package hasn't even been delivered to the POST OFFICE for delivery. I paid the extra to have the flag for graveside presentation. It hasn't even made it out of the vendor's shop. This is not the way to treat veterans or their families at their most vulnerable.

Probably the worst place I've ever done business with. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I've called and called, left messages and emailed, still no response! My advice to anyone looking at products through this place; get it elsewhere!
Loved the flag box and the engraving plate. However the pedestal/Urn wasn't satisfactory. I called and expressed my opinion on how to correct the flaw but it seemed to have not been received as I had hoped. After two phone calls, Ended up fully enclosing pedestal/Urn myself with pieces of panel wood and it now looks outstanding.
