Not only does ultimate flags have a huge selection of flags but they have the best customer service I've seen in a while been buying a few flags from them for a year now and they are always fast and willing to answer any questions

I've made two purchases from Ultimate Flags. Both orders shipped quickly and the flags are top notch and the customer service is way beyond the normal customer service with prompt responses to the contact with the business that i made.
I needed an order in a hurry and they went out of their way to accommodate my situation.
I'm more than happy with the flags and excellent service.

A month or so ago I ordered 3 flags from Ultimate. After I waited quite some time, I emailed the company to find out where they were... no response so I again emailed an inquiry. This went on for quite some time - never receiving a resply. Finally I sent one with the remark I was going to contact Discover and ask for a refund... which I finally did and was pleased to get all my money back. What a lousy way to run a business. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!

I have purchased several flags from these folks over the years. They are always prompt and reliable. They ship immediately and the products are very durable. We live in Montana and ALWAYS have severe winds. These flags hold fast. I recently ordered a custom flag that they made to perfection. It was a military flag from the Viet Nam era and came out perfectly. I had wanted this flag for decades and could not get it until they made it for me. These products are American made and something to be proud of. Also, in an era where everyone is running scared, these folks are proud enough and secure enough to continue to make the beloved Confederate Battle Flag. Thank you again for that folks.

I'm happy with the seller and the product. The flags are better quality than I expected for the price; and the communication with the seller via email was what I expected of a company that cares about customers.

I ordered a Confederate Battle Flag, and paid the small additional amount for the "Rough Tex" material. My total price was a little over $30, and I received what I would consider a "WalMart quality" flag, like the USA flags they sell for about $15. The flag is printed, not embroidered, and of some sort of lightweight nylon material. It was shipped in a "6 ounce" envelope, if that gives you an idea of the weight of the flag. I may be expecting too much; The flag looks OK and I'm sure it is durable, but I purchased it more for an indoor display, and it looks too cheap for that. I'll be searching for an embroidered, higher quality flag.

I'm sure that it was an honest mistake, but you sent the 2nd National (stainless banner) instead of the 3rd National (bloodstained banner.) It was a Christmas gift and I shipped it directly to my brother so he got what he got, I guess. The flags are pretty similar to someone who doesn't know the difference. It could have very easily been put in the wrong bin. It's not the end of the world but it might not hurt to double check the order before shipping.

*UPDATE: They emailed me back within 24 hours, were very apologetic about the mixup and made it right. Their customer service is as good as it gets and I can't say enough about how attentive they were as soon as they knew that there was a problem. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was looking for a certain flag that was really hard to find, so I googled it and this website had it. I was glad to see that they sold it. When I was setting my account I had some issues with my password setup so I called their number and the person on the phone was really helpful in setting up my password. I ordered my flag and a tracking number was provided which was great because some companies don't do that. And when I received my flag I liked it, they were even nice enough to provide some cool items like a sticker, a pamphlet, instructions on caring for my flag, and a coupon for 5 dollars off my next purchase. Overall I was satisfied and I reccomend this website for anyone who wants a cool flag.

We are a german family interested in history and especially in civil war. We were looking for actual and historic flags for indoor use, but they had to be of cotton quality. They could not be found in germany, so we ended up at the online shop of ultimate flags. The variety of all types of flags was overwhelming, it was very hard to choose between and yet there was another one and yet another that found the way to our cart. First there was a shock at the checkout because of the (automatic calculated) shipping rate for overseas delivery. We were very short before cancelling it all, but i had the idea of writing a mail and asking for an individually calculated shipping rate. That was when their service really started. We got a very polite mail of Glenn who suggested a quite fair deal. The parcel arrived after some complication at the german customs office who somehow managed to read the correct adress wrong. But at least we got the parcel. None of the items had been damaged on the long journey, Glen you did a great job of packing! The quality of all the flags is this: Quite solid cotton material, exquisite sewing and true colours that will surely last for years and years. Excactly what we had hoped for and absolutely worth the waiting time. While waiting, best of all was Glen. He stayed in contact whith us via mail and gave us the true feeling that this delivery to europe was special for him. But I am sure that these folks do their very best for every single customer!
