After my shipment was delayed, i turned to customer service and they took care on the best side! There is no doubt that a unique vintage has the most beautiful clothes and also (ans not less importent) an excellent service!
Contacted UV customer service for the first time regarding my order and received excellent service. A lady who assisted me over the phone was very polite and helpful. Great service!
I don't normally write reviews but the customer service I received from Sylvie was excellent. Twice I dealt with her on the phone. The second time I called in about my order she actually remembered me! She was very kind and professional. Thank you Sylvie!
Second time I got the wrong order from them, I asked for a resolution other than just a refund or replacement and all they sent me was their standard cookie cutter reply. Not even a personal reply apologizing, just a pre made email reply for returns. I'm done with this place! Don't order from them! I attached pictures of what I order and a picture of the poor quality t-shirt they sent me as well as my email and their reply.
So I have never ordered from unique vintage before. I have purchased unique vintage items via resale. They're sizing I found to be all over the place. I have sizes xl 1X 2x 3x. They are pricey. So I figured I would give their catch of a day a try. $25 sight unseen. The thing I didn't realize is that you cannot return them if they do not fit. Even though the same items are still for sale on their website. The term catch of the Day is misleading it's more like trash of the day in the warehouse. I should have known better. I will never order from unique vintage again. My experience all the way around was poor. It even took them almost 2 weeks to even process the order. My advice is to be very careful about what you're ordering and never ever sign up for their surprise dresses. The black wiggle dress is not for my potato body and was the 1X and completely unflattering and a but big. The green dress more my style but unable to exchange for a smaller size. The material is the stretchy cheap material and no pockets as a dress should have. Overall Maximum disappointment.
I ordered online and received a final sale dress that I discovered had a dye flaw in the fabric. I was concerned when I called customer service that I wouldn't be able to get a replacement because it was a "final sale." I was reassured immediately that I could get a replacement if I emailed them photos. I emailed several photos of the fabric flaw then received a prompt email reply from Maura who sent me a return label to facilitate the return with a reassurance that a replacement would be mailed shortly. Both the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone and Maura were super friendly and helpful. I received the replacement dress 4 days later.
I ordered several times over Christmas because I just couldn't stop thinking of all the cute things they have! One of my orders was during the onslaught of getting a gift before Christmas and I received a dress in a similar pattern of several styles. I recieived a style that I had not ordered but customer service quickly sent out the correct item and a return label for the incorrect item. Customer service is phenomenal, easy to work and resolved my issue within minutes. Can't go wrong with quick service like that!
I've ordered a few things from Unique Vintage and every time I'm always pleased with it! Their clothes are really cute and great quality. Recently I had a little hiccup with the shipping and info and the customer service went above and beyond to help me! If you're on the fence about anything they have - just buy it! You'll be so happy.
Prompt, responsive customer service after I emailed about my lost package, UV offered me a replacement order or a refund and I chose the replacement order which they placed within an hour! So impressed and happy!
So they sent out the product in such a timely matter I didn't believe the email about it being delivered! But to my surprise yes! I got my item by the next day! Not I my this... but the quality of the pants is an amazing buttery softness and worth every penny! I will continue to purchase from them! They have a fast response to questions as well! The customer service at UV is amazing! UV and I were emailing back and forth about a package I had not yet received. It was not their fault that it didn't arrive. It was FedEx's fault for not properly tracking the package. After a month of contacting FedEx on UV's end and on my end, UV got back with me and said they'd just ship the same item back out but with the proper information. They were so polite and very understanding and always kept me updated on what they were doing on their part to try and fix the situation. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They're patient, kind, and understanding!

I was shopping for a guest wedding dress, so I reached out to their customer service team for some help. I received a prompt response with some spot-on recommendations. I highly recommend them. Fun, quality clothes, and excellent customer service. A rare find!
I recently made my first UV purchase last week. I am getting ready for a beach vacation in two days. I purchased what I thought was two full set bathing suits, per the advertisement picture, but it turns out it was just bottoms. To my disappointment my purchase only included two bottoms and no tops. On the items I did receive only one had the original tags and the one that I would have returned did not have any tags to indicate that it was a new item and therefore makes the item unreturnable per their policy. I am very disappointed.
So I had placed my order in april, it took them till june to ship my order, they purposely didn't include part of my order in my shipment even though it was in stock, just told me they wouldn't be sending that dress with the rest of my order and then refused to fully refund me for said item and I had to get paypal involved for a full refund of said dress, since customer service was incredibly rude and condescending.
It's now the end of august and I still haven't gotten anything. After contacting their customer service, they were supposed to contact DHL to find out where my package went and then once again ignored me completely for a month even though they'd "get back to me in 5-7 days". After contacting them once again, they didn't even mention my package, so I'm guessing they never actually bothered to check where it went, and they promised to fully refund me. Well, as you can guess, no refund to be seen anywhere. You're better off burning your money, that way you still get some heat out of it and it's not a source of stress for 5 months...
Oh, and they're deleting my negative reviews (and the negative reviews of how many others) where they can...

You definitely should purchase a dress many people have already reviewed. I would say for once that's not reviewed you should ask a representative online. But I made my first purchase a week ago and I got my dress yesterday. I love it. It's worth the price especially since I've bought dresses from fashionnova, forever 21, but they are cheap quality. And I've even had "designer" dresses but they don't fit as nice. Anyway, my favorite purchases are swing dresses and fit and flare from unique vintage.

So I ordered the blue suede T-strap heels in a size 9 and even taking them out of the box I was pleased! While I cannot vouch for the wear and tear or the comfortableness of the shoe itself (only reason they didn't get 5 stars) since I have not worn them, I can say that they look beautiful. The only thing customers should really keep in mind is that the shoes are cut VERY small---not true to size at all. I am a perfect 8.5, but I had to re-order a size 10. Hopefully, the 10 will be perfect with a great pair of insoles! Also, the customer service that I received was WELL ABOVE what I was expecting--she contacted me on a Sunday! Within minutes of receiving my email. Maura was outstanding, and I would consider purchasing again just because of how she treated me! I cannot wait for my shoes to arrive.
I purchased four dresses that looked wonderful in the pictures. I was so excited when my package arrived, only to discover they were cheaply made. Three of the dresses felt like they were constructed from material used for outdoor furniture. All of them were a bit too large. I had to keep one because it was on final sale. The neckline is terrible but I'm hoping to get at least two wears out of it. I plan to cover it with a jacket.
Also BEWARE when you have a return. I returned my package and a month later, I am still waiting for my refund. FEDEX does not update the shipping, then I got three different answers from three separate phone calls to customer service. I sent a series of emails and I continue to get the run around. I don't know if I will ever get my refund which is over $200. If I don't hear something soon, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Answer: I went off their sizing chart and everything fit perfect. Some dresses has different sizing measurements so not all XL are the same. I am guessing it is because of the material. One of the dresses I bought was 2 sizes smaller than I usually buy and it fit perfectly
