I have a ball python that I rescued about 4 years ago. She came to me small and thin. She was also a picky eater and could not shed completely on her own. I tried several sources for frozen feeder rats and I had a difficult time getting her to eat on a regular basis; until I ordered from Underground Reptiles. I was immediately Impressed with their packaging. The rats are organized; not just tossed in a bag. My snake now eats twice a week and just last month she shed all by herself. She has never been healthier. In fact, my vet says she is a tad chunky, but I can live with that. I am happy with my purchases (as well as the customer service!) and will continue to but my frozen feeder rats here.
Great customer service and really fast delivery. Fed ex broke my 20 gal tank in shipment. I got ahold of UGR and they sent me a bran new one free of charge. I'll definitely be ordering more from them.

Amazing experience... 5 stars and I recommend Underground Reptiles to everyone... I was notified that the caiman was available and I brought it... I received it the next day and the caiman was healthy and active. Then I also received a phone call asking if i received my caiman and how it is... Well from my eyes amazing... Great customer service and this was my first time buying... I'm a customer for life more orders from me very soon... Thank you so much...

First, I was surprised to actually get an email telling me eastern painteds were back in stock. I never expected to be contacted - having signed up on a list so many months ago. It was easy to use their website to buy them and schedule delivery. The prices were very reasonable compared to other breeders. They arrived in the exact promised time frame - very nicely packaged, safe and sound. Right after I got them settled in I got a call from UR asking if I had received them and if everything was OK. It was nice to chat about their feeding program there and just talk turtles for awhile. The animals look wonderfully healthy. Hard to imagine a better experience. Thank you!

My order was shipped right out and I got notifications along the way, so that I didn't have to wonder what was going on. When UPS encountered a delay, I called UG reptiles, and they were very helpful and reassuring. Then, they called me to let me know about the delay. They reminded me of my live arrival guarantee. My chameleon arrived in great shape. Alert and well. I will definitely buy from here again.
We do have a rep constantly checking to make sure the packages have no issues in transit. If we do see a delay, we let you know and call UPS to get to the bottom of it for you. We do pack accordingly just in case there are any holdups. So happy to hear that your chameleon arrived safe and sound Emily.
