Ordered a baby rainbow jacksons Chameleon and tokay gecko. Arrived before estimated time. Both animals were shipped in perfect containers. Both are amazing quality and look and seem to be in great health. Will 100 percent order from again.
They packaged everything really nicely. You can tell they care. It really did come over night for me. I'm really pleased and will be ordering again in the future

Was a first time buyer. The experience was great on timelines and ease of purchase. Only thing i think could have made experience any better would have been some sort of information pamplet on the turtle as far as age proper care and basic things people like to know. I would order again. Thanks.

I ordered a yearling Biak GTP late afternoon Friday and received it right away Saturday morning. Upon opening the box the little guy was very alert and ready to move! Overall looks to be pretty healthy, little bit of stuck shed a quick soak should take care of that. Customer service followed up about 20 minutes after the delivery to check if everything turned out okay. I will be ordering my next snake from these guys because of it.

These axolotls are the cheapest i have found and at first i appreciated that i could pick my delivery date. However, the order was delayed by a whole day; not really a big deal, but I took a day off work because I was told they were going to show up at any point in that day. I bought two of these babies on a Monday, picked Thursday to have them to be delivered. One of them was apparently 'out of stock' completely understandable, but I bought them almost a week in advanced and the most logical thing to do was to set one aside for me; right? They then further asked if I wanted one of the same breed of the other one I bought, but they were out of stock too. Asked for a refund and still has not happened. Overall short customer service representatives. Would recommend paying more for more quality shipping, handling, and service...

We ship all our animals via Next Day Air and Priority Overnight with both UPS and FedEx and both shipping companies seem to be experiencing higher than normal delays due to the current pandemic.
