Ordered a baby giant day gecko that my 4 year old affectionately named "Bob". This was my first time ordering an animal on the internet, as normally I would go to the local pet store, but I knew I wanted a CB baby, and with pet stores it's hard to feel confident with what you are getting. In any case, Bob is happy and healthy, and is already eating!(I have read that sometimes it is difficult to get them to feed after being shipped)
My tegu is already eating & watching me! She crawled on my arms immediately. Super aware & adorable!

Really great I live in Las Vegas it's really hot right now they check the weather where you live before they ship out and inform you that it might be to hot so you have the option of picking it up at FedEx so you can get your order alive and not risk them dying in the FedEx truck really happy they arrived well and healthy

I've bought one other turtle previously, baby Florida soft shell. I'm pretty sure it's a female so I'll be shipping her back to Florida to be released at some point which is why I thought I'd get myself a baby mud turtle. All of which I've owned multiple of in the past. This baby turtle came and first thing I notice is the hind leg seems infected. Not sure what happened but the poor thing was missing half it's foot. This is all during a pandemic and so I did my best to treat it. Finally once that seems to get better I notice shell rot. This whole thing has been quite the mission, I'm not sure what kind of living conditions they are in but it doesn't seem good.
My red-eyed tree frogs came safely and right on time. Also cheaper than other places researched. Wonderful service. Can't wait to get my other supplies today.

I order a sulcata tortoise it's was very sleepy when it arrived then gradually popped up it has been eating and sleeping. My daughter whom was scared of a box turtle loves this little sulcata. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.

They were wonderful to work with and super easy to get ahold of. I had ordered a Russian and then changed my mind the next day before shipping and decided to go with a baby sulcata. Not only did a person get on the phone and consult me with the differences they switched it out for me refunded the difference right then and shipped me my super healthy turtle. Super happy with them and would order from them again

My turtle arrived the very next day was package really comfortable and safe. Turtle was healthy with a shiny shell and no defects.
