I was really nervous about ordering my cane toad online, especially since it's so hot in Arizona. I communicated with someone who was very helpful about shipping in the 100+ degree weather and went ahead and took a chance with it. My toad came perfect! She's so beautiful and I really thank underground reptiles for their great customer service! You can really tell they care a lot about their animals!

Veiled chameleon came looking fine and healthy but quickly declined in health and died within five days of arrival. We reached out to the company and they took forever to respond and when they did we had already purchased a healthy new veiled chameleon with a health guarantee. Underground reptiles replied back after the fact and offered reduced shipping and reduced price on a new one but no thank you. I like my pets to be healthy and alive... buyers beware!

This was a good experience. I preferred a female Russian tortoise who arrived on time and in good condition. The price was good and the sellers are very informative on the process(although you do need to read). The only thing I didn't like was the 2 dollar charge for text updates. That was pretty petty and I won't select that option in the future. I do lab on doing business with them again!

I ordered the monitor on Sunday night... It arrived Tuesday at around noon. It was in great condition and packed with care. The monitor had beautiful markings and was pretty docile... It's been over 40 years since I have raised a Salvator so I am pretty excited. Thanks

This was my first time ever ordering a live reptile, and I'm glad it was through Underground Reptiles, I placed my order but then called them because I wanted to request a male tokay gecko, the girl I spoke with was super nice and even changed my shipping method to FedEx since they run earlier at our house. The Tokay Gecko arrived and was in great shape. Hes a bit skinny, but I plan on fixing that.
