Delivery on time an before noon. I witnessed the ups man throw her on my porch i ran out an opened immediately to make sure she was ok. And she is. She is very active an ate right away. I cant wait to start this new journey.

We ordered two red ear sliders and Bret arrived happy and healthy. I would definitely use backwater reptiles again. They were also the best price after comparing a few different companies.

I bought a female russian tortoise and after a day and pulling five ticks off of her she passed away. I let underground reptile they told me no refunds. Then I complained again again, so they said there give me a discount on my next order, I just purchased two fish and had them shipped to my house cuz they said they would give me a discount on my next order, they arrived and I only have one alive and the other was dead let sit for a couple hours nothing. I spent a $110 on this. Im done with this company. I want my refund or partial
Hi Amy, you ordered a Russian Tortoise which was delivered to you on 2/25/20. The first time you contacted us regarding any issue was on 3/4/20 stating it had passed away. We asked for pictures of the deceased animal as well as a photo of the enclosure the animal was living in. You chose not to send us those photos and we informed you that we could send you a discounted replacement. You agreed to this and continued to have contact with us over the course of the next few months. On 8/7 you placed an order for 2 axolotls which were shipped on 8/7 and delivered on 8/8. Unfortunately one of the axolotls did arrive deceased so we shipped a replacement to you on 8/10 and it was delivered today at 11:49 AM for you just fine. Came very well packaged and in a timely manner. Plenty of dry ice, there was no chance my order would be thawed. They informed me of every step of the process of ordering/shipping by email and text.
