So I ordered two baby axolotls one came in deceased and they kindly reshaped me a new one and now they are both doing great shipping was very fast and insulation for the animal was great one probably died from the shaking and the rattling from UPS getting in contact with them was very easy explaining my situation easy and the manager was amazing

I got 2 of my sulcata tortoises from them and there the only one that calls the very next day to see if everything is ok I would highly recommend them thank you so much for my precious babies

I was hesitant to order a baby tortoise through the mail from another state. However, they (Underground) are legit and I have a happy kid now with an awesome pet that even I have learned to enjoy! My order was delivered when it was suppose to be, and the contents arrived frozen. Not even a little bit thawed. The packaging was great and they definitely know what they are doing shipping frozen contents! Very happy!

We ordered a baby green iguana. I was very skeptical at first about shipping live animals but we were so pleased to see how fast it came. The UPS driver really handled the package with care and we had our healthy baby iguana in its new home super fast. Thank you Underground Reptiles!

Order shipped and received way faster then expected. Excellent customer service. Crickets and mealworms came in alive. Was notified about the mealworm gaurentee due to weather. Didnt have to worry due to excellent packaging. Will be recommending friends and family who keep reptiles to give underground reptiles a try. Also order a baby savannah monitor came in looking healthy. I have had it for approx 2 days and so far everything is good. Will be buying from them in future!

I received a Indian spotted turtle on 8-11-20 the turtle was visibly sick on the day he came I immediately contacted them sent emails and pictures and they told me the turtle look fine and blew me off I am a loyal customer with this company and have been for a few years and I would like to say this was my first bad experience out of many and I am truly heartbroken in the way they handled me and my concerns. Hopefully they correct this problem.
