This was my first time ordering. I order to Tarantula slings. They arrived alive in excellent packaging. The slings look great and I'm so excited to watch them grow. When I had a question about my order I got a response fast. Overall great customer service, excellent packaging, and healthy looking slings. That's an A+ in my book.

She arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. She didnt even seem to horribly stressed out after her journey from Florida all the way to Illinois. I will deffinately be doing more business with underground reptiles.

I got 3 baby yellow belly sliders I'm so in love with them. There so tiny and are getting along with my red belly baby's I've just got recently also. They sent me a text letting me know they arrived. I just received my order i got a female albino Darwin carpet python and she is absolutely gorgeous the most beautiful snake I've ever had or seen and a baby common snapping turtle and it is the sweetest little thing I've already held it and he's just so sweet I am so pleased with their kindness and everything I will be ordering again from them in the near future

Ahhh! I love these little babies so much! I ordered 2 Mississippi map hatchlings and i thought it was pretty neat i got a female and male. The shipping was faster than i expected. They were very active and healthy from what i can tell. They're still getting used to their tank, but other than that i just adore them!

Was dead within 2 days. Would not eat want a refund highly displeased with what I received and better receive a refund or a replacement
Hi Jesse, you did receive your turtle on 8/14 at 9:27 AM. The first time you contacted us to report any issue was 3 days later on 8/17 when you claimed the animal would not barely even move when you received it. We do have a strict policy in regards to reporting issues with animals received. This policy is to ensure that all issues are dealt with immediately upon the arrival of the animal. Once an animal is out of our care then it is impossible for us to guarantee it since we are not the ones taking care of it. We did extend a replacement offer to you. My First Purchase was a Apricot/Albino captive breed. Skin was smooth, size about the size of a Quarter, Eyes clear and Alert. I've had this Pac-man Frog a almost a year. I take really great care of him. Underground Rept. Gave him a strong foundation. I also have what I believe to be a Green Horned Pac-man Frog. It is different from captive breed purchased both about a month apart to compare. I'm experienced so I knew it would take extra care. I recommend Captive although he is now thriving. My most recent purchase was a Mophead Iguana I got him because he was rare or different. Very little information follow the basics Basking, Feeders, Zoo med climbing Tree trunks, Large water dish. Although a new hobbiest could do fine it would be a challenge. Arrived the next day. Package was above grade for transport, Very alert, Eyes clear, Skin good, It's taking him time to get used to his enclosure. Size 4 foot long 2 1/2 feet high. Solid heavy glass Light breathable screens for heating elements.

I recently ordered an ice tegu from underground reptiles and could not be more satisfied. I was notified with the tracking number and when it was shipped out and delivered. I received the tegu the next day at the estimated time of arrival. Best prices for tegus around. The one I ordered came very active and alert and ate on the first day. If you are looking for a tegu this is the place.

My son saved for quite some time to purchase two red eye tree frogs. They arrived alive as guaranteed but not healthy. We followed their protocol upon discovering their were not right. They gave us quite the run around to show the animals were not well. We were treated poorly and they do not treat their customer properly. We were not able to speak with anyone in upper mgt or ownership to discuss our problem. We spent roughly $90.00 their resolution for two dead animals one less than 24 hours and the other in 48 hours was to give us another frog at no cost and the second at a whole sale rate. We were expected to pay the additional shipping for the new animals as well. Or a credit for $25.00. We were told amphibian can be sensitive and things can happen. Please learn from our bad experience DO NOT BUY HERE.

The process was fast and easy. Literally perfect, my baby pink belly side neck came in great condition. It is healthy and full of life once he was put in his little habitat we made for him. Point blank simple I will order again. My fiance loved her gift and we will now order from here instead of normal pet stores. He immediately cane out his shell and got in the water. We love it!
