Underground Reptiles sent us a sick baby Sulcata tortoise who passed away on day 3! No refund given.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT use this site. They send sick animals and then refuse to give refunds. Go somewhere else. Trust me.
Products used:
Purchased a baby Sulcata tortoise. He passed on day 3 of us receiving him. They said we should have reported that he was sick within 2 hours. We had no clue yet. Just assumed he was stressed and exhausted from shipping. Now they are refusing our refund. I tried to call them the 2nd night but their voicemail was full.
