Underground reptiles had the exact tortoise I was looking for! Best price and even called to see how the turtle was doing when it arrived. If I'm ever in the market for another reptile I'll be purchasing from them again.

Don't get me wrong I love my axolotls, BUT one has an extremely crooked spine. The only thing I could find of it is that, that's a sign of extensive inbreeding. I've contacted support and they said it's fine. I'm not sure if it'll cause the animal issues in the future, but I'm disappointed. (Images are when I feed them they don't live in that small tub)
The order was shipped the night before delivery and I was notified on each step of the shipping process. I received my new little buddy a live and well. With no issues at all.

We ordered a snake on Friday and paid $20 extra to have it delivered on a Saturday. It was delayed because of FedEx (only reason I gave 2 stars instead of zero &since they hopefully will replace it...) it was delayed in Memphis (so these snakes come from other state: they are not in facility at underground reptiles in Florida...) so since it wasn't at the FedEx office before they close (AT 2PM WTH) on Saturday we weren't able to get the snake until they opened on Monday morning (07/20/2020). The snake was dead upon opening the box... already had some gnats flying around IN the box. It STINKS. It's very sad because it WAS a beautiful reticulated python. I hope the company will reach out (I've called 3 times today with no promise of a new snake or urgency to replace the dead one.) We have driven over 30 minutes one way to the Fed Ex office. So I've already driven over two hours of my time ONLY for a DEAD snake... I also asked for a refund of the extra $20 delivery charge for Saturdays and haven't received that either...
They did an awesome job seeming concerned about the reptiles saftey and health with calls befor and after shipment!
