I had been looking for an albino hognose for a while, and came across Undergroubd Reptiles. I'm usually wary if I can't see the actual animal, but decided to take a chance given the great price. My snake arrived in perfect condition and is GORGEOUS. They even shipped same day. I honestly could not be happier and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I purchased a baby blue female iguana from UGR and she was very healthy and active upon arrival. She is shy but that is expected!

I ordered 6 sand geckos yesterday. They came today in good condition. I did actually order a similar species but these guys were sent instead. I still give a 5-star rating as I was also looking into this species and will love these even more. I asked several questions before the order and always got a quick response. Underground reptile is a outstanding place to find a new reptile/pet. I just received my baby red iguana could not ask for a better iguana. Health little guy. Customer service is always on top of it.

They call to make sure shipping temps are good also the packing of the reptiles was very good. The only downside would be not having a ups store near by since you have to pick up any live animal.

I received my two Russian Tortoises and they are so cute! Their a little shy at the moment but they'll get use to me soon and they love crawling around the house. Very good service. The turtle arrived healthy and clean. I recommended this place to friends and family. The only thing that my son would like to know if the turtle is male or female and what is it's birth date. I wish we could receive this info with the shipment.
