My order was shipped right out and I got notifications along the way, so that I didn't have to wonder what was going on. When UPS encountered a delay, I called UG reptiles, and they were very helpful and reassuring. Then, they called me to let me know about the delay. They reminded me of my live arrival guarantee. My chameleon arrived in great shape. Alert and well. I will definitely buy from here again.

We do have a rep constantly checking to make sure the packages have no issues in transit. If we do see a delay, we let you know and call UPS to get to the bottom of it for you.
