Uber Eats

Ordered from Uber eats or tried to should I say, not only did we not get food but they waited over an hour to tell us our order was being cancelled. Despite their driver not delivering, taking the food back to the restaurant and leaving us waiting while they told us they were looking for another driver. And to add insult to injury still charged us a delivery fee even after the order was cancelled!

I've been trying to get this issue sorted for ages and the chat feature is ridiculous. They don't even respond now. I have £50 on uber eats and I can't use it, it won't let me toggle it on. I was then told 48 hours about a week ago and still no avail. I told them I want a refund or I want it to work. I'm getting agitated now as I'm getting nowhere with this.

I ordered kfc from Wellington devon boneless dipping box for four people and I got 2 chic burgers
And some hot wings I guess.worth less and feeds 2.
It cost me 34 quid (25.99) from kfc and uber eats charged me that on top.
So u pay delivery to find out the delivery driver is delivering to other people on the way 🤔 what an absolute con.
After trying to get a refund I was passed around from uber and kfc both not taking responsibility and blaming each other. Absolutely disgusted do not use they're a complete pass take and offer a very poor service with pretty much tough $#*! mentality when your screwed over and out of pocket.
Uber eats doesn't deserve even 1 star in my mind.this has happened on multiple occasions in the last 5 years and each time your ignored and not reimbursed

I should receive a refund to my original account not Uber cash. I use my business account at work and have received Uber cash instead of a credit to my business profile when there is an issue. Yet, they tell me that I cannot use my Uber cash and must use a personal card if I go over the weekly limit. That does not make any sense!
Update: I was able to change to Uber cash later in the day on my own.
