Very difficult. I tried calling them several times.
It is impossible! Emails, messages, non responsive customer service!
But they have no problem taking $ you did not authorize them to take!
There is no customer service. No number
They hide behind an app
Impossible and even more impossible if you do get an answer to get them to understand simple English.
