It is impossible! Emails, messages, non responsive customer service! But they have no problem taking $ you did not authorize them to take!

My friend had a promotion for them and I was sick of doordashes fees and charges, big mistake. I Got NO FOOD and NO REFUND.

We need a class action lawsuit against Uber Eats! Drivers stealing food not held accountable. Food not being picked or wrong orders and Uber eats won't fix it.
