Wrong delivery and the refund is going to take 10 days they shcould be fire the driver I contact him and he said he cant do anything

Uber Eats provides a valuable service by delivering food from your favorite restaurants so you dont have to go out and get it yourself. I use their app often, however, there are too many problems with them. They often deliver the wrong or missing items. Sometimes they will compensate you by refunding part of your order, but it doesn't solve the problem that you now have nothing to eat and you have to place another order all over again through them of somebody else. How difficult is it to check the order and make sure that they have all the items that are in the order?
Then, it is impossible to get someone in customer service to help you. It's hard to reach them. If you are able to get in touch with an agent online, they are never able to resolve the issue.
My most recent incident with them was ridiculous. I ordered food from one restaurant, and then Uber gives you the opportunity to place another order with another restaurant and not have to pay any of their delivery/service charges. This is THEIR promotion that they offer. So, we decided to also order ice cream from Carvel. We waited more than 2 1/2 hours for the Carvel order. Then they write me indicating that they couldn't deliver the order because the driver is too busy. And they told me that I could place the order again...
I have 2 problems with that. If the driver is too busy to get my order and it's going to take them three hours, then the driver should not have accepted that order in the first place. Second, by placing this order again, they would not give me the same deal of no delivery/service charges. And their customer service, for some reason, does not even know that they even offer this promotion. THEY are the ones who canceled my order and, in doing so, I lost the promotion and they will not give it to me again nor will they refund me the money.
That is messed up! How do you even run a business like that? They basically offered a promotion and then, once you place your order, they take it away! That is unacceptable! Quite frankly, it's fraudulent.
Their management should be ashamed of themselves, but unfortunately, it's impossible to even get in touch with someone in management.
