I hate to even give them one star. Order my package and it shipped 12/7/16. The package was split on 12/20/16 and no one knows why. They even give you a picture showing your package when it left. Then I got another picture after the split. I only received the first one and no one seems to know where the second one is. They are very friendly at first making you think they are trying to resolve it but now they don't respond to my ticket. My only recourse at this time is to dispute the charges. Will never... order from them again.
I originally was upset because it had been 6 weeks with no tracking information where my package was. I ordered it well before Christmas and it never arrived. After repeatedly contacting the customer service they stopped communicating with me. They have since contacted me and refunded my money. It finally hit my account on 2/10/17. I am a little cautious about using a company overseas again but I am satisfied with this resolution.

My order was promised by Christmas & did not arrive until January after I paid extra for shipping. All of the clothing was extremely small, unfit for an average human & could not return without incurring large shipping cost. Blanket was unraveled & had to endure multiple emails with customer service for a refund. It was a nightmare!

I placed an order online with www.trendsgal.com in early October 2016. A couple of the items ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts for family members and since I ordered early enough, I figured that there would be absolutely no issue getting them in time for the holiday. I never received the items AT ALL. After I have made several attempts to contact their customer service department, they promised me that the items were just taking a little longer than expected and to "be patient." BE PATIENT?!? I thought I HAD been more than patient considering their complete lack of concern for doing what needed to be done and keeping their word. It is now almost February 2017 and not only have I not gotten them STILL, they will no longer return my emails in regards to refunding my money. The last email I received informed me that the items I ordered were "no longer in stock" and they would be in contact with me in order to get me my money refunded. NEVER HAPPENED! STILL WAITING! I just sent ANOTHER email demanding the refund or I was contacting the BBB. I am so disgusted and in disbelief with this company. I discourage anyone from ever ordering ANYTHING from them. You will be scammed.

If I could rate this company with a negative I would. I ordered and paid In November; order shipped November 16. To date, January 25,2017 I have not rec'd my order. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to pay additional money. Not happening! I demanded a full refund and will never shop with them again. I rec'd am email advising I would receive a full refund.

I am a large 5x woman & was overjoyed to find a site where I could get cute 5x clothes for great prices even thought the shipping was horrific. I bought 8 articles of clothing & not 1 of them fit. In fact the 4 pairs of pants are so off size that I ended up giving them to my 12 year old skinny neighbor kid & they fit her great. All the tops were at least 2 if not 3 sizes too small. I didn't buy clothes so I could diet into them. I bought them to wear now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

During an honest (but negative) review of an item (that had been one item in an order of three items) purchased, This review also resulted in a satisfaction rating of one star, for that one item.
Within 24 hours, I had received response from Trendsgal Customer Service, asking for details for them to commence investigation. Following correspondence once again provided a prompt reply, along with a fully satisfactory solution to the matter.
Everything settled in 48 hours. Five star service, as noted above.
Trendsgal's action in this matter has certainly reinstated my confidence in using Trendsgal.com as a reputable on-line shopping website.

I purchased a mermaid blanket on Nov 30th, hopeful that it would arrive for Christmas. The order was allegedly shipped on December 3rd but on January 15th has still not arrived. Although I purchased tracking info, the tracking was not updated since mid December. When I emailed them, rather than updating me on any info, the customer service rep insisted that I call the local post office to ensure that it had not arrived. After doing so, he patronizingly informed me they had until Feb 2nd to ship the order, despite the quoted 10-25 business days required for shipping.
Clearly trendsgal does not know where my item is and I'm doubtful if they ever expect it to arrive.
I absolutely will never purchase anything from this company again and will advise my family and friends against it as well.

I purchased 2 items and chose expedited shipping (7 business days). I still haven't received any items after 7 days and no update from them. I contacted customer service, and they said the products have been shipped. No idea where the items are or when they'll be delivered. No further answers from customer service when I asked for up to date tracking information. I'm about to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

I ordered a pair of boots in December knowing it wouldnt be here by Christmas but i ordered them anyways. I still haven't received them. I got an email thatched a tracking number that won't track! When i found this website the first thing that caught my eye was the prices. I ordered two items for my boyfriend for his birthday after Christmas. This is my first time ordering but i see many more things Im interested in purchasing. I was very pleaseed with the processing and shipping times. Like others, I ordered a mermaid blanket from Trendsgal on December 15th and paid $15 for extra shipping - thinking surely it would be here for Christmas. The item finally arrived on December 30th. The price of shipping cost more than the blanket! I will never order from them again. If it's coming from China, they should be clear up front that this is overseas shipping and not likely to arrive anywhere near on time. I opened a dispute and their answer is unsatisfactory and they refused to refund the extra shipping costs.

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

That's right, I only gave them one star because it doesn't appear no stars would work! I ordered on Dec. 6! Only half my order arrived by Christmas but since it was an all or nothing gift (All the nieces should have had one for our snow trip) I had to go out on Christmas eve and try and replace the entire lot. DON'T SELL ITEMS TO THE PUBLIC THAT YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE ON STOCK...!

My experience with trendsgal was amazing as they ship the order on time and we receive the delivery within a week or ten days.The fabric quality is quite good and you can put your faith on this website for buying clothes. They always focus more on customer satisfaction when you have any kind of issue then they are always ready to resolve the issue as soon as possible and give you a satisfactory option which you won't regret.
You liked any item on this website then go for it without having any second thought.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think!
