I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

If you believe that your order should have already arrived, please first check that it is not being held at your local post office.
