I made an order on December 26 2016, I waited 4 months ( March 3,2017) before they told me that my package was lost and it wasn't their fault. They gave me 2 options upon reporting this to me:
1. " Resend the item upon repaying 50% of the order value.
In this case we will send you an invoice to submit the payment of 8 USD via PayPal."
2." Partial refund to your original payment account.
In this case, we can refund $6.2 USD to your original payment account."

Please note my order total was $16.78... And they only offer less than 50% as a refund. Foolishness!

They cancelled two orders without justification and had extremely poor customer service, and even contacting them through email and getting a response was a pain! My advice: DO NOT USE TRENDSGAL! THEY SUCK!

I had ordered a package from this site back in January. I never received it & it took them a whole month to resolve my issue. The company delivering my package claimed that it was delievered, but I never received it. Warning: paying for shipping insurance won't cover everything. I had paid for shipping including the insurance & I was only refunded back half what I had paid for the shipment. So not only did I not receive what I had ordered, I also did not receive my full refund. Trendsgal does not require that you sign for your package, to confirm that the package was delivered. So this could mean that the delivery company could deliver your package anywhere & claim that it's delivered. Trendsgal doesn't care that you received your order because they've already taken your money. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL when you order from Trendsgal. As for me, I will NEVER order another item from them again! Lesson learned.

WORSE EXPERIENCE
March 4, 2017

I paid for my item in November I never heard anything till December end and when I send massage they said one item is back ordered that's why they did not send me my order. They make me change my one item on list I changeed it. After I received my order in January 23rd after 2 month almost. The one item had wrong size and I have to message them again. They said they will send me right size and onece my order ready they will send me email it has been 2 months. NO EMAIL NO ITEM RECEIVED YET. RIDICULE COMPANY, AND SERVICES NEVER EVER GO THE TRENSGAL. THEY TRICK YOU BY PRICE ONCE THEY RECEIVED MONEY AND THAT'S ALL THEIR BUSINESSES ARE.

Excellent.

Purchased several harness bra items and paid for the 7-10 working days option. The package arrived safe and sound after 8 working days.

Quality of the items was much better than I was expecting and of a higher standard of similar items purchased from other websites in the past.

Highly recommend and will be reordering ASAP.

The pictures in the advertisements for the handbags (that is wot I purchased) do not match what I received when the bag was delivered to me. I would never buy from this website again and recommend others do not buy from Trendsgal.

The order took weeks to ship. The sizes we very small. I am a medium sized male yet the jumpers I ordered came higher than my navel and short arms - all very tight. I received no email nor electronic receipt. I received no reply from the company emails on the PayPal receipt. As I paid through PayPal the result of the dispute was that I had to pay postage to send 3 jumpers back... TO CHINA! This cost more than the price of the goods. PayPal offered to refund all my money back once I explained this to them. Have to be careful of these overseas companies. I didn't realise. Thankfully I paid through PayPal.

Give This Site A Try!

I was a bit skeptical to order anything from this site due to the bad reviews about similar websites, but since they were beyond affordable prices (even after shipping), l decided it was worth it. One of my orders (G**************-03/30/2016) was absolutely perfect! I didn't have to wait too long to receive them. I believe it was like two weeks tops and they fit so well. They matched the picture exactly and were high quality, in my opinion. My only problem was with a blue peacock designed bathing suit that had a crochet top and the bottoms had these cute tassels. One of the tassels completely fell apart before I got to wear it, and it broke my heart. I contacted Trendsgal and they did everything they could to help me and I'm very satisfied with the outcome and their customer service team. **My opinions are completely mine and based on my experience with the website

I purchased and item before Christmas for a gift and it's now February 2017 and still have not received it. I contacted them several times via email because they don't even have a phone number, they're not refunding the full amount charged because I didn't purchase the tracking option during checkout and it's not their fault that the shipping company "that they use" lost the package.

SCAMMMM! I do not recommend them to anyone!

I paced an order on 2/4/17. I paid for expedited shipping (3-7 days) on the order but it took a couple of weeks to arrive. I finally received part of my order. 1 item never came. After sending 3 messages to Trendsgal customer service- NONE were answered! I finally heard back from hem after leaving a poor review here and on their site. My expedited shipping fees were returned to me as well as the money for the item that I did not receive. GREAT customer service AFTER bad reviews!

What a waste of time
February 10, 2017

I ordered 3 pairs of boots. 2 brown 1 black. I ordered them all on December 7th and only received the 2 brown at the end of december. When i questioned the black pair of boots I was told it was a splot package and the 2nd package was sent oit December 20th 2016. Its February 8,2017 and I still havent rec'd my boots. I will NEVER order from them again. Such a rip off! Then they had the audacity to tell me to verify my address with them... ummm no the address is valid... but they want me to be patient because of the chinese New Year.

This company is terrible. I ordered a lot of items, unbelievable shipping costs, missing items, promise to refund for not in stock items, hard to communicate with them. A complete waste of time and effort.
This company sucks. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM
