At first I was suspicious about new sites I find online, but this site fulfill my expectations with professional attitude towards customers, low prices and sales, and variety of different products for everyone. I purchased a dress for my little daughter {G************** order number Kids Maxi Halloween Princess Cosplay Mermaid Dress Size: 130) and a product came just in time, and quality was great. I am sure I will buy more things in the future from TrendsGal.

I've order with them a few times and they always delivered. When I have a question and messaged them, they're always very quick to reply and very helpful about it. I always chose expedited shipping which is for some reason cheaper than their flat rate. And every time I order, I receive it within 10 days. Prices are great and will definitely order from them again and again. I dont only order for me but I also order for my lil girl and she loves it. I recommend giving them a try. I would like to make it clear that no one ever asked me to do this review. I just like that shopping through them saves me a lot of money and they've never disappoint.

Stay away

I bought over $600 worth of clothes they came separately one at a time instead of at once in fact some did not even come atall and out of all the stuff i ordered only 3 came out being manageable had to trash the others cause they were of such low quality. Order no GG**************

The first time I buy from them, they write me an email saying they got my payment for order number
Order No.: **************651 but when I wrote them to inquire about my order they saidthey had no idea what I was talking about! What order? Apparently myorder is suppose to start with a G but they gave me no such number however they did take my money and put me on stand by for shipping, I even purchased insurance, whatever you do don't buy from these frauds, I wrote them countless times and couldn't get a straight answer other than oh please give us a correct number! I even showed them all the evidence with email headers and everything and they ignored it, absolutely DANGEROUS business, this is a SCAM- I had to open a case with paypal, if you look farther MANY people are having thei sproblem about orders not being filled. With illegitimate order number and so on, do you want to take the CHANCE?

*******/21 so it has come to my attention that what they are trying to do is that because of the bogus numbers they are giving their customers, they are trying to flag all bad reviews of them so that sitejabber can take them down, how low can this company go?

Excellent customer service! I keep coming back here to shop as I know that if I ever have any problems I can always contact the great customer service team at trendsgal! As a beginner retailer, I have found trendsgal to be the best I have used so far. The shipping is fast enough from overseas that I did not feel like I was waiting too long. The prices are honestly unbeatable, and as long as you read the reviews and check the material/sizing, you're unlikely to be disappointed! For just $3 per month, I was given access to even cheaper prices! While some items have not come out exactly as I hoped, I again blame myself for not reading the material and looking at reviews. Every item I have put the time into quality checking (for the price, it's worth the extra time) has come out nicely. I have contacted the site for questions more than once, and they are always quick to reply (same day) even when specifying a sizing question on a specific item for me! If you're just starting out, I would definitely recommend this site

6 weeks no items delivered. No response from seller. They have my money, I have nothing to show for it. Order #G************** placed this order 44 days ago still have not received items. I requested status update 3 weeks ago and got no response. Now I have sent a request for refund after 6 weekse since I no longer need I went out and bought some shower curtains since its been so long and they do not show any signs of caring or responding. They have my money, I have nothing to show for it. Still have not received an answer from seller. All I want is a full refund for non fulfillment on the sellers part.

This site is the worst... First there were some missing items from my order and now the "3" missing items are not sent together!... and I'm paying customs and fees for every company every time!... I'm never dealing with you again!

I hesitantly ordered after having read reviews but figured that for the price (SO cheap) if things went pear-shaped I was really not that out of pocket.
Received order confirmation but never received any tracking email. My top arrived within a fortnight (to Brisbane) and it's absolutely fine. Better quality than I was anticipating and even a bit too big as I ordered a size up than I normally would. Still wearable though!
I will definitely order again - thanks!

This website is to unpredictable to purchase from. I have a tracking number, but I'm not able to track anything. The customer service number is non existing. Do not waist your time. There are sooooooo many other websites that won't scam you. Don't waist your time with this site.

Order never came
March 5, 2017

I ordered something in November for Christmas it never came and the told me to wait another month it should be there. Then after 2 months of waiting I told them it still hasn't came and what do you know they wanted me to pay another $9 for them to ship a new one and wouldn'd refund my money for the lost item because it wasn't their problem they can't ship it to the right location.
