I just got my first package from them yesterday. First off it took 15 days to get here (I live in Oregon). I order a lot of things on ebay from China... and 15 days is pretty impressive. I have waited for 2 months for beads etc.

I got two things. A studded brown leather (not real obviously) handbag, and a pair of boots.

The leather hand bag really surprised me with how amazing it is. The leather is thick and there is an nice quality inner zipper pocket.

The boots did not work for me. They are too small and I cannot get my feet into the shoe all the way. To be fair I went back to the product page and it says the shoe tends to run small. But I decided to email them anyway to see what my options were.

They emailed me immediately back (middle of the night because of the time difference) and told me I could either:

-Ask for a new size and they will send it for free
-Get a refund (for the item price but not shipping)

I decided to get the refund because I want a different style of boot. The boots I got aren't Nordstrom quality, but not bad either. If I knew one size bigger would fit me comfortably I would definitely order the same pair again. I am just thinking I still won't be able to get my foot in.

But do not expect department store quality. But this could be found in Forever 21, Aéropostale, or H&M.

Anyway, based on my experiences of this site so far, I would definitely recommend it. The fact that they are refunding me on my word seals the deal.

Natural Stone Geometric Heart Finger Ring Set
December 30, 2016

Love this Ring Set, It is so much fun to play with mix and match. You can wear it on one hand or on both hands and you can even wear some ( the smaller pieces) as toe rings. It is amazing. They make a funky gift and I can only recommend it!
You can wear them one by one as well. Great buy!

Trendsgal has no customer service. I placed one order that I never received. I placed a second order that was processed through PayPal but never listed on Trendgal site of my orders placed. If you get your items consider yourself lucky! I wrote a bad comment and was unable to log in ever again. So I had to take the loss of $84.00 down the drain. No worries though, I found Dress Head and their shipping is way cheaper and faster delivery They share similar clothes with Sammy Dresses and even EBay so go through another site please. It's not worth the risk.

Total LET DOWN!

I ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter for Christmas. Paid extra shipping to receive it on time. It shipped out 12-19-2016 it's the 27th of DECEMBER! Past Christmas and still no blanket.

Bad Service
December 28, 2016

I had ordered some clothing a month ago and I still have not received my shipment. I contacted them but they are just lousy. All they said the item I had ordered was a hot item. My shipment didn't get created 2 weeks after the order. I do I have a tracking number but UPS has not received it. So it's still in their warehouse. I am never ordering from them again. Lack of commitment. Bad customer service. I just hope their items aren't as cheap as the company is.

Horrible Business
December 26, 2016

This company takes your money, says shipping takes 12 days. Then weeks later you still don't have your product. I sent emails, most were returned. I called the number, it says the Magic Jack customer you are calling is unavailable.
I paid with my pay pal acct. So I finally filed a dispute with PayPal so they could deal with it for me. And they did. I got an email from this company telling me to drop the dispute then they would consider shipping my items that they had already been paid for weeks prior. I told them NO way, I'm not dropping dispute until I have items or a refund. Days later, I got a refund to my PayPal acct. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

***12/24/2016*****. Ordered 8 mermaid blankets, paid expedited shipping and it's one day before Christmas! I called DHL and they said they have not picked up the package and this company is in Singapore! ****UPDATE****01/16/2017**** Recieved All my items a week after Christmas. All 10 items where received. "On a scale from 1-10, All mermaid blankets where a 6." Yes, I would order from them but expect your items to be delivered up to 2 weeks after the fact.
I think they charge expedited shipping to cover the expensive rates of having your items delivered from over seas and or they are short staffed and behind on orders...

Ordered and credit card was charged on 10/23/16. Never received, website shows no order history. Customer service said to "check with post office" and provided an invalid tracking number. So frustrated!

I placed an order on 12-10-16. Trendsgal took the money out of my account on 12-12-16. My item was supposedly shipped out on 12-19-16. I have not received my items. My bank account has been hacked and I had to get a new bank account. $4782. 00 has been taken from me. I contacted the supposed company to find out the number is for a magic jack user in Florida. The company that trendsgal supposedly is sending my items through does not exist. Cannot get ahold of anyone from trendsgal. Also I receive new emails now of pornogrphy from trendsgal email. This is UNREAL and insane I was ordering some blankets... but I got robbed and abused. I am seeking legal restitution if I don't hear from them by January 2017.

Ordered mermaids tail blanket for my daughter for Christmas. Paid the middle of the line shipping since it was 12/11. When my payment was confirmed they have me an expected arrival date of 12/20. On the 21st I decided to track the shipping and it now says 12/28. I emailed customer service and they gave me some lame generic email about shipping times and the holidays with A screenshot of the tracking page saying it's on its way. I'm not an idiot, obviously I checked the tracking page and that's how I know it's late. I replied asking for a refund and they replied with the same generic shipping info that they cut and pasted from before and offered me 10% off my next order! Do you seriously think I'm going to buy from your site again after this major screw up!? By the way, any new customer that creates an account on their site receives 10% off. So I find that rather insulting as compensation for my inconvenience. I now have to go out and buy a different gift for my child so I need a refund. I will not pay for services NOT rendered.

Give me back my money!

I have been trying to get a hold of them the past two days. I ordered Nov 28/29 and my order just came in yesterday. I was keeping track it's whereabouts and of course it came a day late. I ordered 25 items and only received 20. It was one small package so I asked the DHL delivery guy is there another box? Luckily, I recorded everything because something inside me told me I should. My items were all jammed pack in one box, I'm missing 3 mermaid tail blankets and 2 dresses. These were Christmas gifts so obviously I won't be receiving these in time. I even had to type a complaint in the reviews because the mailbox is too full to leave a VM, my video was too large to send and for some "odd" reason I couldn't submit a ticket.

I've type the tickets so much I remembered my order ID as if it was my SSN

Never again will I order just because of my missing items and horrible customer service. I don't care how affordable it is.

Same issue as many of the other reviews. Order was placed on 12/8 and they told me it would arrive in 5-12 days from when the order was shipped. They claim it shipped on 12/12 but the tracking wasn't updated until 12/19 (after several email inquiries). They keep claiming the template response that the order shall arrive in 5-12 business days from 12/12, and won't acknowledge that the UPS tracking shows shipped 12/19 and arrival on 12/28... which is past the 5-12 days they keep claiming. If it is going to take longer, then simply state that from the beginning and I would've have opted for a different delivery preference, but in this case it seems the delay was from 12/8 when the order was placed until UPS shows it shipped on 12/19.

UPDATE 12/28/16- Still have not received the blanket ordered on 12/8, but they have agreed to refund my money due to excessive processing time. Thanks!

UPDATE 12/29/16- Received the package and Trendsgal has offered a refund for the tardiness. Since they handled the mistake I am updating to 3 stars "OK".

Bad customer service

I ordered 2 mermaid tail blankets. I ordered in plenty of time for christmas & even Paid extra for shipping to be sure and it still. SAYS SHIPPED OUT. It has said that for over a week. Still no delivery.
I even placed another order once I saw 1st order shipped out.
My money has already been debited from my account ---can NEVER speak to a person
I WANT MY ORDERS. OR. I WANT MY REFUNDS!
I should have read reviews 1st! But I have NEVER had this happen from a company.

I bought some items and used their chart size. Had a co-worker measure me twice to make sure I had the right measurements. However, when I recieved the items they were all so large and I was swimming in the clothes!

My order was for $80 BUT I had to pay ANOTHER $80 for customs and shipping costs. So not worth it especially when nothing fits you. So even if I did return it I would be out $80 plus another 30 to 40 dollars for shipping back to China.

They should have a calculator for customs as other websites do. However, i do not think they want to do that as you would be discouraged to buy items from them especially after paying outrageous shipping fees!

I tried contacting them through email and they were not very helpful. They offered me $30 for a refund which is ridiculious as I paid $45 just for shipping!

I would never buy here again and I hope no one else gets screwed over like I did. Shop in canada, you have a better chance of being satisfied!

I placed on order Mid November for an xmas gift. According to the shipping estimates, I had plenty of time. My order supposedly shipped a month later, but other than a label being created there is no tracking info. I have attempted to email, submit a ticket, live chat and even call the number on the site. No use! Nothing goes through. The site loops around and around asking you to log in over and over.

Horrible Customer Service and even worse, I'm thinking this item will never arrive and I've been scammed.
