They would not allow me to return these really ugly boots that dont fit. There is no way to reach them. I tried and tried and gave up exasperated! Stay away from them! They are horrid!

I ordered a mermaid tail 22 days ago now and have YET to receive a confirmation email saying it was shipped and they definitely charged my account for it. I emailed them and received an email back saying they would get back within 24 hours, that was 4 business days ago and still no response. If this product doesn't get here by Christmas expect to get your tail back and to give me a refund. The clocks ticking 5 more days.

Bad Customer Service
December 21, 2016

I guess I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered my product on November 28 -- Here it is Dec. 19, and when I checked the UPS tracking information, it just says a "label was created", which I guess means it hasn't shipped. Lesson learned. -- I can't find a phone number to call! Never Again!

Stay away

I don't know about product quality, cause I never had the chance to receive my order. I placed my order on the 30th November but it kept saying "processing" for days. So I contacted customer services and asked to know what's going on. I was told that due to high demand of the product the shipping date would be delayed (even though on the website the availability was good). I was patient for a few days and, since the order was still"processing", I emailed customer services again to know what's going on. They told me that the product had been sent to the shipping company and that I would receive a confirmation email, but never did. After all that, on the 13th December (!) I asked to cancel my order. I am still waiting for a refund though. I've been buy things online for years, and I can definitely say that this is the worst, most unreliable seller I've ever seen.

Scam

Never order from this so call site! They take your money and never recieve the product you order. They are based in china and have a Fl. Phone # and you can not leave a message because the mail box is full... Do not answer your emails. No tracking # 1 big joke. Never again!

I ordered some Christmas items for my family Nov 27th and they were supposed to get here Dec 13th or possibly tomorrow. I tracked the package on UPS and they haven't even RECEIVED the package.

The customer service line is someone's magic jack number that I had to call 7 times before they picked up. When I got through, I was told to pick my package up at my local post office.

Very unprofessional.

I paid $15 for shipping because it was the cheapest. This price is half the price of the order.

Be wary over delivery times. I ordered two items on the same order and one arrived within a week, thanks. However, I have now been told on three separate occasions, that the second item would be shipped within 1-3 days and it hasn't been! It's now been over 15 business days since I placed the order and I'm very disappointed with the level of service. I get a quick response to messages to the service centre but they just tell me it will be shipped and then it isn't!

This is my first time buying blouses from Trendsgal, i bought 3 blouses at first i was a little bit skeptical because it is so good to be true that their prices are very affordable and they have a great sense of fashion.So i just told myself why don't i give a try so i ordered 3 blouses the prices was very affordable anyway. I was so surprised i got my item in less than 2 weeks it was packed nicely and the blouses were so fabulous. I tried it on and all of it fits on me perfectly not too big not to small just perfect. I am so glad that i found this website and i will buy again from them. Trendgal i gain a 1 loyal customer :)

Took my money placed my order said they had it all there when placed on Dec 2 now on Dec 10 when asking about it all of sudden one is on backorder they had a rush on one and meanwhile the other is still sitting there but take your moneyquick but can't tell you

I purchased a paint splattered sweatshirt from this site prior to my checking the reviews on Google. To my dismay, I thought I might not ever receive the purchase, or if it came, would be a piece of junk. I was pleasantly surprised in that it was delivered in less than 11 days, and it was just what I had hoped it would be. I am most satisfied with my purchase and with this site.

It's still not here...

Poor Service & Delivery

Stuff are good & cheap but the employees are very slow and delivering poor quality. Your orders will be stuck with them - so if you are doing business, expect that your shipments will be delayed even you ask them like thousand times

Placed an order via PayPal and they canceled it telling me to send them money via Western Union! Excuse me do you really think I'm that stupid to send you my money unsecurely?! Nice try!
