No Customer Service

I was trying to contact TrendsGal. There is a chat line that does not respond from the inquiry. If I want to contact by phone, there has not been representative contact number that respond to my call. It is like TrendsGal is trying to avoid communication with customers. I guess I am force to delete my order and find someone else that will be able to give me better service.

Excellent service

Shopping on Trendsgal is very easy and my experience with them has been wonderful, they ship world wide and the items are of good quality and processing time is fast. You earn T points on each item you buy. Their customer service is excellent and i have so far received all the items i bought from them. I highly recommend everyone to shop on Trendsgal.

Satisfaction all the way

They definitely went above & beyond what was expected. I ordered a top & pants in one size which always fits me but the designer made them xtra small so couldn't even get them past my legs. I mentioned it in a review & i heard from Transgal right away & offered me a refund without me asking. I was used to other companies just saying too bad. I accepted the offer & got my money refunded - a first for me in this situation & i shop a lot of places.

I have had the great pleasure of shopping on TrendsGal for the past two years. When I first came across the website I thought it looked very sketchy because the prices were so cheap and because the clothes were obviously manufactured in China. It took me a couple of days of searching their website before I came across an outfit that I liked enough to risk purchasing.

With that said, I've purchased a variety of outfits since then, ranging from different carriers to different materials and styles. I've gotten a couple of items that didn't match what I expected (typically they were just the wrong size and fit either too big or too small). But TrendsGals customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced. I've written a review for every outfit I've purchased and every single one that didn't fit they've gone out of their way to compensate for it. I've ALWAYS been given the option of either receiving a full refund for my purchase or receiving the same outfit but in a different size, free of charge. And keep in mind that they've contacted ME, I've never sent a complain to customer service. They've always sought my account and left me a kind comment with an apology and a compensation offer.

With customer service like that why wouldn't you buy something? And just like I've had a few purchases that I wasn't very fond of, I've also had AMAZING outfits that I still wear all the time! Honestly, if it weren't for their customer service I probably wouldn't be shopping on TrendsGal as much. Also, it's quite easy to avoid getting the wrong sized item because each outfit has a size chart that varies depending on the vendor and outfit so dont think that wrong sizing happens often! I just take a lot of risks personally haha.

P.S. I am not being paid or anything to write this review. I just honestly think that their customer service is so caring and fair that they're worth writing one.

On 10/19/16 I placed an order with Trends Gal using Paypal. I recieved a conformation saying my order was being processed, the money was also taken from my paypal account. I week later, I received an email stating the order was refunded, which cost me $7. I tried calling the number that is provided on the website and could not reach anyone, so I created a support ticket and asked why my order had been cancelled. The support person told me that If I wish to place another order with them, I should use western union or a bank transfer. So, again on 10/25/16 I placed 2 more orders and the money was taken out of my bank account. I woke up this morning and again, the order status no longer says processing, but instead it says refunded, but the money is gone from my account, almost $500. I tried calling their customer service number again, and again no answer. I've been on the phone with my bank all morning trying to reverse the payment. This website is a SCAM! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!

I ordered over two months ago! Still did not recieve my items ( I ordered a lot!) and the tracking information is confusing. There is no way to communicate and I feel as though the website is a scam, so when I recieve my items ( if I do) it will be my very last time ordering from there and I will not recommend anyone else!

I usually use internet for make shopping, there are many site but not alla of them are serious. Trendsgal have a super support center, if you have question or problem they will solve it. After the first order, i was satisfied that's why i 've made more orders becuase i like the the dress and also the accessories, they are original and fashion, the prices are very good compare to other site. I'm very happy to make shopping with Trendsgal and i had suggest also my friends to use it.
Once you use Trendsgal you will never stop to shop with them!

TrendsGal is a great Asian clothing store that has fast service and great products with great prices for everyone. Detailed pictures and sizes make the selection go fast! I have made several orders with them and never had any complaints other than I chose the wrong size. If you have any complaints they will give you credit or will refund you without complaint. Shipping is fast most orders get half way around the world to your door in about 5 days. My last order was GG************** ordered 15/07/2016 07:36:26 and it was perfect.

Beware additional fees!

I spent a good hour or two searching for items for a holiday, only to realize at the end that these are coming from china and wont be delivered in time. As I'd wasted so much time on this I reluctantly agreed to pay the £26 express delivery charge, which was extortionate to begin with. I have now received a message from DHL saying the delivery is being held as a further £18 importation fee is required!
I've gone back to my order and this is only mentioned AFTER you have paid your money:

"Please note: customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs"

This is an absolute rip off and I will be contacting them for a refund - do not use!

Depending on the specific country, some Customs offices charge tax on certain types of imported products at certain item quantities and declared values.
Taxes are charged by their local Customs Office and country regulations that is beyond our control.

Great site for shopping

This site is awesome; a lot of different clothing styles to choose, great prizes and special offers. I have purchased three times already and the quality of all of the items I received were very good. Another thing I love about this site is customer service: they are super nice and have a very quick response to all of my doubts before and after the purchase, this is a really safe plase to buy.
I highly recommend it.

Hey should have followed my gut. I just brought 2 wigs from this company. Please don't waste your money. Wigs look NOTHING like what they look like in the picture. I mean NOTHING! After losing 20 dollars it isnt worth the aggravation to get thw RMA number and then pay the postage. Try Sammy Wigs.

Shipping sucks!

I do not normally order items from china, but decided why not as the prices were amazing, however the shipping is horrible! I knew it would take a while to to get here, however the tracking info is confusing and I didn't know where the packages were until I contacted Trendsgal. B I think packages made it into the US, but now one is just sitting in a warehouse in KY, and hasn't moved. For THREE days. The other has been what that call TETHERED to USPS for almost 4 days now. Great prices. Yes, shipping is aweful, and seeing as I have yet to receive my items, the clothing may be poor. Quality

This was my first time ordering from the site and the experience was way better than I could have expected. I ordered three items; a hat and two wigs. I know that items coming from China tend to take at least three weeks but I actual got mine sooner. Two weeks and a few days after I got the email that it was shipped out. That was a major plus to me.

Yes, who doesn't want their items sooner than expected and I used the standard shipping method! My next worry was how was it going to smell. I've seen tons of reviews for other companies and people said their items had a slight smell. Everything smelled clean. Talk about relief, I don't mean it didn't have a smell, I mean it smelled clean. Like that fresh clean. Total happiness at this point.

Then I seen the hat and I'm going bananas because all honesty it looked better in my hands than the picture on the site. I couldn't believe how rich the color was. I mean the hat is gorgeous! The wigs are so soft and the color matches my hair. I recently wore on to work and got so many compliments on it. Everyone thought it was my hair and I let them.

Customer service was also very helpful and the exchanging of emails was flaunt. There response time was extremely quick and I really appreciate how important customer service is to them. They created an amazing experience for a first time buyer.

I recommend this site and I plan on getting more from the site. I've even created a favorites list so I can keep track of what I want to buy.

Fraudulent company
September 27, 2016

After my order yesterday, Trendsgal made it so I can no longer log in to my account. Their phone number and email contact do not work. I got suspicious and saw all the terrible reviews of this company on line. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, in order to get a refund. This is a shady company at best, fraudulent at worst.

I had ordered 2 bathing suits, and I must admit, I didn't know and/or see the size charts. I ordered 2XL, from experience with other stores. Unfortunately when I received the items, they were much too small. The quality was excellent, so I contacted TrendsGal's customer service and here I learned about their size chart. I cannot blame TrendsGal for my oversight. With my new knowledge I will place an order again, now with the correct size.

Good items for good price

I bought 15 items all at once and trendsgal shipped really quick, even though mine was a big package. When the items arrived they were the same as photo, and the quality you will expect for the cheap price, some of the clothes have really good quality and some are cheap material but i'm happy to wear it comfortably for more than 3 times (my playsuits and formal dresses). Overall i am very happy with my shopping experience with trendsgal and i'm planning to buy more from the website. They have fast customer services as well
