I Ordered Wigs Unxer Expedited Shipping, No Update on Where they are or when they will be delivered and I cant track them. First Time using service please dont let me down
But now I'm not! I ordered two of the mermaid blankets thinking that there's no way that they'll be of good quality considering how cheap they were, but they surprised me! They're super cute and made of soft, quality material! And they're a good size, I got adult ones! Shipping was fast, came sooner than originally told. And speaking of shipping, there is a little box that you have to check in order to get shipping/tracking info, and it's an additional charge. Small charge but still, if I had one complaint, this would be it... it should be FREE to track. My first experience paying for merchandise on this site was a little confusing, as I chose to pay by credit card but it didn't go through! So I had to completely 'cancel' that order and place another one going through paypal, but it worked like a charm! Plus you get the added protection of making a paypal transaction. Customer Service was excellent every step of the way, very fast response. I have ordered more things and I fully expect them to be of good quality also, and if they're not, I'll come back and update. :) As of now I give them an A+ all around.

Ok now this website is no joke. The amount of products from women to men to kids, home, beauty, jewelry, everything you can think of they got a wide range of choices at can't beat it prices! I have aand will continue to recommend this site to any and everyone. They have got things for people of all ages. Clothes, shoes, cool gadgets that you didn't even know existed, home decor, beautiful jewellery, the list goes on. Did I mention the amazing prices?!? Omg you just can't beat it you won't see any of what they have to offer anywhere else at these prices! Seriously this is where you want to go to do all your birthday and holiday shopping or just to treat yourself:)
The customer service is great, they go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer. I think that's really something to be valued. Shopping online sometimes can be scary because of sizing or worried about your card numbers but this site is legit and if you ever have any questions or problems they are right on it to help you in the best way possible. Plus the shipping is so fast. Oh and you can gain points too and be able to get discounts on already crazy discounted prices!
I'm telling you this is the site all shoppers dream of. There's no reason to not check it out for yourself. I just want to spread the word as much as I can to anyone who is willing to listen, I've purchased many times from this site and most recently last week. I'd feel bad if I didn't share the site to anyone. I get constant complaints on the things I've bought from them And each time their jaws drop when I tell them how much I've paid.

I was never told that the company was in China. I placed my order and was made to understand that it was shipping out of NY. It wasn't until three weeks later that I was told it was shipping from China. I have been ignored, they have refused to give me my money back and I seriously doubt I will receive my clothes and if I do I doubt they'll be of any quality knowing the quality of Chinese made goods. I'm really angry and I caution anyone who thinks of buying from them. It's sad when a company like this can make a whole country look bad.

Okay. I was browsing along and tumbled upon this site. Originally I thought "Oh hey, this is cheap nice clothing" so, I passed on the word of the site to a couple friends and I thought I'd give it a try.
Scanning through the items, I would add things to my cart, but every time I would check my cart and return to shop, my entire cart would be empty. After this repeatedly happening I figured well, I'll just buy a dress and go somewhere else to shop.
So, checking out to get my dress I tried to use the promo code I HAD JUST RECIEVED to get 10% off of my order. Turns out it was an invalid promo card. Still experiencing hassles, I figured I'd forget about the promo code and finish checking out. I put my card info in three times to try and buy this beautiful dress that for some reason this site won't accept. I can use the same card for everything else, but for some reason this site won't accept it, after using it three times.
So I took my business somewhere else, along with my friends'. Plan on fixing your site any time soon? I see I'm not the only complaint with pretty similar circumstances.

I'm a new customer to this site. I decided to become a VIP customer to get the even lower price on the many many items that I like. I have had an A+ experience when I notified customer support about items that didn't fit or that were damaged during shipping. I have learned I must pay attention to sizing and my measurements in order to prevent ordering items that are too small for me. I also pay attention to the material of the clothing items that I like. I like to use my Tpoints to get more savings at checkout. I build my Tpoints by writing a review for all the items that I receive. The shipping time is FAST! I plan to be a customer of this site for a really long time.

I ordered 2 of the mermaid blankets 09/03/16 the shipping info looks sketchy and does not make sense. When I called the number that the tracking number was with they said they hadnt even recieved it... so why did I get a message saying it has been shipped. I mean if you can take the money out of a bank account so fast you should be able to provide steady shipping. Trendsgal is not looking like a very trustworthy company. I though the site gave people of low income a chance to have some style... But it looks lile they are like most of america... stealing from the poor to stay rich. I either want a refund or I want my dam blankets like NOW! Trendsgal you really need to get it together this is a terrible reputation youre building

I purchased all of my items in a larger size because I figured they may run small since the price was so cheap... well I ordered a 4x, the clothes are labeled 4x but they fit a size medium person! Not to mention I pay for expedited shipping and had to wait 15 days to receive my order... guess what you want to return an item? You have to pay for that too! HORRIBLE!

It was my first time buying clothes online and come to think of it, it's a swimwear!
I'm hesitant if should I go with it or not. But I gave it a shot.
Shipping was fast but it's really expensive, I hope they can do something about it. But it takes onyly 2 weeks for me to received it.

I think I finally found my one stop shop. Trendsgal taught me a big lesson... do your due diligence and go deeper than just seeing things at face value ~ especially if your intentions are to transact business. I searched for a long time for decent dropshippers to work with before I came across Trendsgal. My main priority was to find a vendor that had reasonable wholesale prices but most importantly, to back up my reputation if ever needed. I ordered my blanket in the middle of august and have not recibe anything. Upon checking the tracking info I saw that it had been processed to ship until sept 1st and basically have almost waited a month for it. Still no blanket at this rate winter will come and go before I receive it.

I am honestly very pleased with my orders from Trendsgal. The communication has been better than most, I was able to track my shipment which came very fast and ask questions (I received answers within 24 hours). The clothes are all very cute. I ordered a bunch of items for my online store and everything was up to par. Ido recommend to maybe order one item before buying a large quantity for wholesale just to get the vibe on the material and color, depending on saturation of the image color may be different. I am very pleased and will be ordering again.

I found Trendsgal while looking for a wig online. I found some nice human hair wigs that would fit my fair skin color and hair texture. Trendsgal was the most affordable and had the color options for fair skin. I found the fluffy short wig in an auburn and thought, yes! Ordering was a breeze! The shipping took a few weeks but not long considering I chose the flat rate.
When my wig arrived I was so excited to see how it looked! It was so beautiful straight from the package! All I did was shake it put it on and finger style it and WOW! It looked so good on me! Not wiggy at all! The cap is made well with the adjustment straps in back and one clip in front and one in back at the base of the neck. Inside is made very nice and sturdy, you have a tan stretch material all inside! I like this style, the cut was on point! I did wash it and yes, it is human hair so it felt real nice in the hands to wash. Washing made it even softer! I love this wig and would recommend anyone of any color to buy from Trendsgal because they got it all! This is not an advertisement. In no way am I being told to leave a review, I just really like this site!

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
