The watch is beautiful! I got it custom engraved, which was an extra added touch to make this more special. The quality is great and their customer service team exceeded my expectations, when I contacted them for help. I will buy from here again!

Poor quality product. It arrived damaged, which makes me think it will not hold up to everyday wear as advertised. Shipping is unreliable as my first item was lost in the mail then delivered damaged. The company made me jump through hoops (send 4+ photos as opposed to the two I sent) then agreed to send a replacement, which has yet to arrive. I don't trust this company at all.

Five years ago, I received a Treehut watch as a wedding gift from my wife. I receive compliments every time I wear it. I Fast forward to our five year anniversary, there was no doubt I wanted to gift my wife her own Treehut watch, which she adores as much as I love wearing mine. It's not just a quality piece of jewelry or a meaningful gift, it's a commitment by a company that not only cares about customer satisfaction but also cares about the environment the materials for these products are made, and betterment of the environment. Can't stress enough how impressed we are. Thank you!

I have been completely satisfied with the 3 watches I purchased over last 5 years and for the great customer service that kept me updated from time I placed my order to with in minutes of telling me when it had had been delivered.

Received the watch and when I opened the box the watch was not running/working. Customer support ran me around in circles but not solving the problem until I decided it wasn't worth it and am sending it back for a refund (which I hopefully will get). I am really amazed at how poorly customer service is run. I've had a Tree Hut watch before and it only lasted about 2 years. Should have learned my lesson from that.

My bought 2 watches for me on special occasions. Watches are beautiful but wood bands on voth watches broke just over one year don't you know it just out of warranty. Reached out to treehut for replacement parts for bands but was told they don't sale replacement parts but claimed that I could return watches for repair at 50.00 each. Rather high for a 20 minute job. I will not buy from this company again.

I purchased a watch for my husband's birthday and has it engraved for him. After a few weeks he noticed the watch was not keeping time. I emailed Treehut about the issue and they were very quick to respond and offer to send a replacement watch with the same engraving on it. I appreciate their willingness to make things right and will continue to do business with them in the future!

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful watch. My on our complaint is that the engraving on the back is tiny and hard to read. But other than that, it's a stunning watch! It's very lightweight too, which my fiancé appreciated. Would recommend.

I receive my order quick, but the watch looked like trash. Very low quality. Instead of wood, it resembles plastic. I am so disappointed. I can't gift my husband this fake looking thing. These people with all the great reviews on the TREEHUT site need to stop. This watch looks and feels like something I bought from the dollar tree or something.

I ordered with them a few years ago, great products. However, unfortunately, seems like they became more and more deceiving to their customers. The website clearly says "Free Global Shipping For Orders Over $100", which is NOT true - I tried 5 different countries, all show 65$ shipping costs despite an order of > $200. Second, the discounts on the website are fake and not real, I observed this over multiple months. Third, the pseudo-countdowns on the website are fake. The support could not help me at all, they cannot even give you a list with the countries that benefit from free shipping, it seems to be just a false marketing claim.

Overall very disappointing company presentation, deceiving website and the customer support is either not allowed or they dont want to...Draw our own conclusions.

GORGEOUS watch I got for m husband, beautiful quality, light and the wood colors are stunning. Service was excellent with prompt responses to my questions and shipping was fast as well. Extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks so much!

My wife bought be one as a gift for our wedding, it looked amazing and did all the right things. However after a few years (not being worn I might add as it's for special occasions) I noticed some of the markers have started coming away. I emailed Tree Hut Design about it given it's only a few years old and they said I can pay $50USD to get it repaired.

They come with a 12 month warranty only. I have a pocket watch from my grandmothers grandfather and it still work yet this they only cover a 12 month warranty.

Sadly now I don't wear it because of the markers coming away due to the glue letting go. I would spend you're money with another company who will stand by their product.

Purchased this watch as a Father's Day gift for my children to give their dad. No where on the company's site does it speak of the variation of the blue marble shades & grains. The watch I received is so cloudy it's almost difficult to see the bottom half of the watch & looks defective.
Upon reaching out to Treehut, their response was to credit me $10 or send a pair of sunglasses which is not what I want. Basically told me too bad that's how the marble comes. Beware of this company! My watch on left

I came across this company on an Instagram ad, I seen the ad and within two hours I had scanned the website and ordered my watch. I am very pleased and impressed with this watch, the feel of the watch is amazing and I've never owned something so unique. The packaging for this watch was also phenomenal, the tools provided to change links in and out are very nice quality and easy to use with a quick YouTube video. The only complaint I can give about this watch, I wish it had something on the backside of the watch, I would recommend get it engraved to keep the back side from being completely plain. Overall very impressed with this beautiful piece.

Bought my husband a watch and I'm extremely disappointed. Watch is not as depicted on the website. When I called customer service they blamed the olive ash wood for not having pigmentation in the hour markings... hmm well on the website it clearly has the hour markings and the logo filled in with colour/stain. It's a nice watch otherwise but they failed in the most important part of the watch, the face! Offered $10 or I could send the watch back to them, have the markings filled in and then they send it back which I just don't trust them to do that fast enough. I'll have to spend the extra money now to have a local professional watch marker do it. Added photos for comparison.

I've ordered several watches from Treehut and I continue to be amazed. Beautiful craftsmanship, exactly as pictured. They make amazing personalized gifts at very affordable prices. They've always been packaged and delivered with care and arrived sooner than expected. The beautiful gift box it comes is an added bonus.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary and I wanted to do a play on the traditional gift of wood for this year. The watch turned out better than I expected and he loved it! I will be ordering more of these watches for special occasions in the future. The mix of metal and wood grain is beautiful.

First time ordering a wood watch for my tree-obsessed brother. It arrived on time as a Christmas gift and he loved the zebra wood design and light weight. I ordered a blue marble and ebony wood watch for myself after the holidays and it is also gorgeous. The clasp on the stainless steel band was a bit of a hassle to adjust but I'm used to it as I have a Skagen watch with similar clasp. Overall nice watches, interesting designs, no problems shipping.
