Impossible. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their online chat shows they view your messages, but they do not respond. No one answers the phone number or text messages. They respond to emails with information that is rude and unhelpful.
The have a on line chat actually calling them was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.
You can get in touch with them but good god are they dense! I have been trying to get a replacement band for my husband's watch since June. I have paid them twice through PAYPAL! They can't seem to find their own $#*! with both hands but they are all about very flowery peace and love emails but can't seem to get to the heart of the matter. A little less talking and a whole lot more action would serve them better. ANNOYING!
