Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I have been actively seeking a replacement band for my husband's watch that was given to him by our adult son. He loves that watch. It has been two months with two payments made to them thru PAYPAL - and they still can't get it right. They are all about this flowery peace love and understanding language - Yeah ok just send the freaking band!
I am a seasoned on line shopper. Doing business with Shop.com was a pain in the neck. Never again will I go to shop.com Trying to return a pair of shoes was a nightmare. I had to call them twice about getting a return auth number - then when I went to return the shoes it costs me nearly $10. I will never shop using this service again. Make sure that you can return the item(s) for either free (like Zappos) or for a minimum. Never again!
Not exactly up front about final sales - I am now stuck with four pairs of shoes that I can't wear. The FINAL SALE info was in very very teeny tiny print. Thank Kim! Cancelling my membership now.
