Ordered a custom engraved box with the order, the box is nice but the engraving is squeezed in under the tree hut logo that is large, front and center. Disappointed with that. Watch face slightly cloudy looking otherwise it's not a bad watch so far

I found this watch while searching for something unique for myself. I do custom woodburning and wanted something to accent my interests. This watch is so comfortable and looks great!

I must say I was truly impressed the quality of service and the craftsmanship of this time piece absolutely beautiful made in America delivered on time packaged view packaged beautifully and definitely a unique gift for the person who has everything or for the person who is starting a collection absolutely absolutely love them my husband was super pleased I will be for sure purchasing more for him thank you again... I had been searching for a watch just like this for months. 1- A wooden watch for men. 2- A wooden watch for men that has rose gold/copper features. 3- A wooden watch for men that has rose gold/copper features, exudes elegance without looking clunky (like most men's watches tend to be, unfortunately). In conclusion, this is a sexy watch that I'm very proud to wear. *If Treehut ever decides to design watches with dark wood and rose gold features, I'll be first in line!

My wife bought be one as a gift for our wedding, it looked amazing and did all the right things. However after a few years (not being worn I might add as it's for special occasions) I noticed some of the markers have started coming away. I emailed Tree Hut Design about it given it's only a few years old and they said I can pay $50USD to get it repaired.

They come with a 12 month warranty only. I have a pocket watch from my grandmothers grandfather and it still work yet this they only cover a 12 month warranty.

Sadly now I don't wear it because of the markers coming away due to the glue letting go. I would spend you're money with another company who will stand by their product.

Purchased this watch as a Father's Day gift for my children to give their dad. No where on the company's site does it speak of the variation of the blue marble shades & grains. The watch I received is so cloudy it's almost difficult to see the bottom half of the watch & looks defective.
Upon reaching out to Treehut, their response was to credit me $10 or send a pair of sunglasses which is not what I want. Basically told me too bad that's how the marble comes. Beware of this company! My watch on left

I went to this site and looked at several different watches. I was ordering for a friend who is allergic to all metal. I thought this would be the perfect gift. In the pictures I could see there were tiny screws in the back, but they were far enough in the wood they would not matter. I ordered a watch with an "all wood" band. When I received it I was very disappointed. The clasp of the watch was stainless steal. I emailed them and they told me I could have a refund if the watch could not be worn. Their response was prompt. I think it is false advertisement to say it is an "all wood" product when part of it is actually metal. I would not recommend them.

First time ordering a wood watch for my tree-obsessed brother. It arrived on time as a Christmas gift and he loved the zebra wood design and light weight. I ordered a blue marble and ebony wood watch for myself after the holidays and it is also gorgeous. The clasp on the stainless steel band was a bit of a hassle to adjust but I'm used to it as I have a Skagen watch with similar clasp. Overall nice watches, interesting designs, no problems shipping.

I bought this watch 2 years ago and was initially happy with the quality and look. I got the zebrawood. 2 years in about half of the wooden pieces of the strap are breaking. Since they send a few replacement pieces I exchanged them with the new pieces but the part that attaches to the closing clip is different so I asked if I could purchase that piece to fix my watch. I was told I could either send the watch in to repair for US$50 (I live in Canada) or get a discount for a new watch. This was very disappointing to hear from a company that claims to be Earth-Friendly and Sustainable. To either throw away an otherwise perfectly fine watch or ship it halfway across the continent and back to replace one small piece that probably costs a couple dollars they could easily ship in a small envelope. So obviously they don't walk the talk and the whole earth-friendly claims are just marketing tools. With that knowledge I can and will not support this company anymore.

I ordered a watch and received it in a decent amount of time. Unfortunately, it was too big. I called immediately and after trying to convince me to exchange it for something else (they had no smaller watches), I was told they would email me a return label. Label never came so I emailed them, included my full name and order #. Got an email saying they needed the order # and my name and mailing address. Got another email trying to convince me to exchange. So a phone call and 3 emails later, I had to pay to ship it back to them and I had to be sure to email them the tracking #. That is not customer service. Do not do business with them.

Watches are beautiful, but the light wood breaks so easily. Just trying to get the bracelet bigger, some links broke. And then you need to pay for rechange (2 extra added but not enough for all men... really small bracelet)
Very fast answering when writing to costumer service, but it's impossible to get an answer, I exchanged more then 20 emails! It's like they don't read the email, or the others before. I sent pictures with drawings and I still couldn't have the informations or instructions wanted.
For the price of the watches, you really make costumers pay 10$ for a simple link... and if a larger link can't be used because a part broke you have to pay for two to replace it. Very. Disappointed and won't ever again buy from them. 2 stars is only for the look, fast answer for service, but it's a good thing because you're not done after an email if you have any problem...

I just received my order and while the watch itself is beautiful, I'm disappointed with the packaging.
First off, the gift box is ginormous. I was under the impression that it was fitted for 1 watch, but there is a weird extra slot for another, and the watch itself doesn't fit in the intended slot.
Upon opening the gift box, the watch was 1)not fastened to the small pillow 2) upside down (face down) and 3) there were cards that looked like they had been thrown inside.
Also, there is a tare in the pillow and the stuffing is falling out.
The watch looks horrendous in the box. I intended for this to be a gift for my fiancé on our wedding day, but I will not be giving it to him in this box. It's embarrassing and looks like something is missing. The watch doesn't even stay face up when in the box because it is so big. Imagine opening a gift from your bride on your wedding day and getting and upside down watch.

Disappointed.

I don't even thin a real person answers their warranty emails. Tried for 4 months to get a repair done.

There have been times when ordering on line is a P I T A_ S. This time I received whar I ordered and how I ordered it. Still enjoying it and people still coment on how good looking the watch. I think my P A to my heart dr. just ordered one. Keep up thr Great work. Not all things are perfect But my Tree Hut Watch Is.
