Good price! Easy booking and plenty of selection to choose from. Best price of all the popular search engines! I was looking on kayak which gave prices for several of the top booking sites and TravelUo was the lowest of them all
Until the COVID crisis, I have been extremely satisfied with the service and communication of TravelUp. However, our return flight to the UK was scheduled for 29th May We have had no communication from them, despite completing their online form as instructed. BA informed us several weeks ago that the flight was cancelled.
Obviously we need to reschedule a flight back to the UK and are not looking for a refund, but are unable to contact TravelUp as their lines are closed. We need some advice on timescales and options.
What has happened to the promise that bookings would be dealt with in order of departure?
Booking was quick and easy, the rate was the best available, and check-in at the hotel was smooth.

I booked Hilton through them in New York. When I arrived to the Hilton, they had no parking for me and my children. They expected us to park 10 blocks away in an unsafe neighborhood. Me along with 5 other guests, asked for refunds. I was told I had to go through travel up to get my refund. I was told I had to send an email. I sent an email to travel up and now it's two weeks later and I still haven't received my refund for something that wasn't my fault. Poor customer service! And I've written them and haven't received much follow up.

The prices was great, but when I tried to book the price sky rocket up in a couple of minutes so I couldn't book the hotel I really wanted. Then after I booked something else I got a email the next day stating I didn't book the hotel I wanted with the same price. I was so mad because I wanted that one but the price changed when I tried to book it in the first place. And you guys don't do full refunds or exchanges for me to switch it.

I booked a one-way ticket with Traveup from India to USA for April 2,2023. First travelup sent me an email airlines canceled the flight and offered me a different flight (April 3). I accepted the change. I had something come up in last minute and asked for rescheduling to a different date which is when they quoted an additional $1350. For the date I asked one way ticket is $1350, but travelup asked for the full price instead of asking me to pay the price difference. When I sent emails about this there was no response, if I call I am put on hold for 15-20mins each time and they keep saying someone is working on the case and that they will get back in 30mins. It never happened. It is super frustrating to work with them, and I even asked for a cancellation, so that I can get refunded and buy a ticket on my own. I am still left hanging in air waiting for their response. I would never recommend working with them.

I booked a hotel in your site and I found another one for cheaper and a better hotel in less than 20 minutes. I tried to cancel it right away so I wouldn't get charged but site wouldn't let me. I called the next day and representative told me I would get charged $28 just to cancel. I don't think that's fair considering I tried to cancel within an hour from booking. I don't think I'll be using your site ever again.

Unfortunately, it is one of the worst sites that I have dealt with throughout my life, to the extent that the reservation was canceled due to nationality. Is it possible for you and the hotel to ask what is my nationality and based on that the reservation is confirmed or canceled? I know that you will say that the hotel is the one who asked, so what is your role in protecting the rights of the customer? If you only deal financially, I will not imagine that you will gain the satisfaction of the customer. Anyhow, i already booked the same voucher with different agent and the reservation was confirmed.

This company will allow you to book and pay for rooms they cannot confirm, then the make it impossable to get ahold of anyone to discuss options, and make it even more difficult to get your money back once you realized this is a fraud. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Had a round the world trip booked with them since July 2019, due to leave April 2020. Been ignored since the day I booked, emailed for a copy of my tickets start of March - no response then my flights were cancelled mid March due to COVID-19. Still till this day (13th May) I have had no response from the company to even first of all advise my flights were cancelled. I get they are extremely busy but surly I could Atleast get a we're sorry your flight has been cancelled and we are working on your refund' email. Instead silence! I know other people who have booked with them who also have had same problem or the odd few who have had communication it has been lies about when they will refund or make up different deductions on admin fees for different customers. I could go on and on all day so going to stop here.
They advertised and I purchased a refundable hotel reservation, and when I called to request a cancelation they refused to issue the refund. They were not very helpful and closed the case with no resolution.

Booked a hotel and got a Travel Up confirmation number. Called the hotel to ask a question about amenities but they didn't have any information about our reservation and did not recognise Travel Up's confirmation number. Called Travel Up's Customer Service number (in the US) and could not get the call to connect, finally got someone after trying for ages and was told it would take a day or two for the reservation number to show up at the hotel. Called the hotel today (four days after booking), still no reservation from Travel Up. Was supposed to get a follow-up email from Travel Up with the hotel confirmation, still waiting.

I booked the hotel on the Travelup site. Once the booking was done I had to cancel it as it was one price during the booking then the final price increased almost 5 times. I sent several emails and called to Travelup. Finally I got an answer that they will do a full refund. I sent several emails with request to inform when ghey do a refund. Up to now I I have not received the clear answer when the return me my money i. E 1620 USD
I just booked a flight from travel up, the original price of the flight is £5XX, and I added £1XX for the checked baggage. After I paid, the confirmation email told me that I only booked for hand baggage. I have called the customer service team and they said that's what I booked, I requested to cancel the booking, and it charged me £90. That's not reasonable

I booked a hotel through TravelUp for two nights. I paid cancellation insurance fee. Due to bad weather I couldn't make it to my destination for the first night. I emailed and called them( no answer but left a voice message) early in day to cancel the first night because of flight delay. When I got to my destination the following evening I took taxi from airport to the hotel only to be told my reservation was canceled because I was a no show. I called TravelUp and spoke to a gentleman who said they had notified the hotel and will work on getting my money back. Later they email me to say that the hotel will not refund me.
My experiencie was terrific. I do not know if this review is a kind of joke. I purchased my stay in Sofitel New York and I paid for it.
When I arrived at the door of the Hotel I realized that was closed (in fact more than a year ago). And I have no solutions yet. Is a complete FRAUD

I emailed and received no response as to whether my booking is legitimate or not. My bank account is frozen and I would be genuinely furious to have this be a scam as the trip is for a single mom and her 3 year old. How unsatisfied would it be to show up and have no where to stay and have paid my rents amount to stay somewhere and just be jipped.

I booked a flight with British Airways to AVOID American Airlines who regularly cancels flights. The initial confirmation showed us booked with BA only to find out the next day we were on an AA flight and had been charged already. The proper thing to do would have been to warn the traveler up front. I am a regular international traveler and will avoid TravelUP and recommend that other not use your platform.

The airline cancel the trip, but I paid 735 euros and just want to give me back 18 euros, its impossible, since Augoust 2023 im trying to get my money back and they didnt reply me propertly. Seems like a scam page just took my money. The only thing that they can say is you need to choose a refundable ticket, yes but I didnt cancel the flight the airline did it, so it must return the money.
