How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at travelup?

Answer:

Hopeless. They don't reply to emails. Can't get through on the phone. Useless. Better to forget about them and lose the stress. Have accepted I'll never see my money again.

I totally agree. It would be good if the director read the complaints and made efforts to resolve them. But I'm not optimistic that complaints will ever be resolved by the director, or any other employee...
