I did not make my reservations through travelup - I made the reservation through Expedia
Why I chose this business:I did not - Expewdia pulled the bait and switch to an international company with no 1800 customer service number.
Why I chose this product:This was an unauthorized transaction through Travelup - since Monday, I've received a few weird "change passwords" from different websites because my password was believed to be compromised since this unauthorized transaction occurred, which I believe are because of this.
Not from Travel up, but from Expedia!
My experience with customer service:Unable to0 get through on text chat or on "intertnational number"
