The booking was easy and quick. The only problem I have is that the Hotel won't drive me from airport and back again because I booked with you instead of hotel.
I have not obtained any communication with Travel Up at all. I had my Hotel information but not any confirmation or anything else I can just walk in and be received. I was scared that nothing has been sent to me. Once I communicated with them all was fine, I was sent all my bookings and everything was fine. I had what I asked for, no complain what so ever. I had the Hotel I asked and the price too. Thank you for your services, I am pleased.

Booked British Airways flights through Travel Up, but unfortunately flights were cancelled. BA confirmed full refund sent to Travel Up, however, Travel Up will not give full refund. After weeks of no contact, I received one email saying the will take an admin fee. They updated their T&C's in February 2020 to enable them to take an admin fee (I booked December 2019), and therefore I am not legally contracted to new T&C's. They are illegally trying to give me a reduced refund and I am receiving no contact to discuss this. Awful customer service, not professional and worst of all they are abusing their customers rights. Worst company I have ever dealt with - here's to hoping I eventually get my refund back, safe to say I will never be using them again.
Took my money (700$) for a hotel room that is not available. The hotel has no record of my reservation and is totally booked. Now Travelup will not return my money. Costumer service keeps giving me the run around, sending generic emails, and even hung up on me. My only option is to "cancel" my reservation for a fee...
Charged an Admin fee and Charged a Cancellation Fee.
With Admin Fee, Travel Up worked out dearer than if I booked through the hotel alone. Hotel also had no cancellation fee.
On top of this when I cancelled booking they confirmed cancellation via email, then proceeded to withdraw full amount for the room. Fortunately after I called Travel Up money was put back into my account minus the cancelation Fee.
Would not recommend.

My husband and I traveled from upstate New York to North Carolina and stayed at the SureStay Plus Hotel in Fayetteville. The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff and guest were very welcoming and there to assist. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and their dedication to make sure that my husband and I was good is the key thing that will make us stay at that hotel again. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to North Carolina. 5 stars is all I can rate but they deserve and 11 for going above and beyond!

I booked with them a hotel. Bellagio, Las Vegas. When I arrived after a long flight. Front desk told me that my booking is canceled. It was my and my husband's anniversary! I was so angry and tired so I paid extra to book a room at the day I arrived! Next day I called them and they told me "I'm sorry. We gonna give you a refund"
Day before my booking I emailed them is everything alright with my booking?
No response!
They gave me a refund but for such thing they should've give me a credit too! So disappointed! The worse travel company!
Costumer service is terrible with them. Took them well over a month to get back to me. Tried to get a refund due to covid related issues. I even sent them my results of a positive test and they still ended up taking the money. They replied with they will not negotiate any further and closed the case. Save your time and money, go directly to known websites.

I booked the Courtyard by Marriott Hartford-Manchester, CT online using my smartphone. The dates I requested were June 23/24. I entered all of my information and when I received confirmation, the dates were wrong. The confirmation was June 15/16. I immediately cancelled. Before I went to re-book, I called your customer service to ask about waiving the $18.75 fee. I was told you would not refund the amount and proceeded to assist while I rebooked for June 23/24 but from my home computer, not my smartphone. The customer service rep told me I booked in pounds, not dollars! I was so angry with the entire deal that I told her to cancel EVERYTHING. Turns out TravelUP charged me $19.11 and $18.75 for two reservations that were both incorrect. The first one with the wrong dates and the second one booked in pounds. I would like to please request a credit for the $19.11 and $18.75 that I can use on a future booking. Your consideration will be greatly appreciated.

I am now at the end of my tether. I was meant to work in Hong Kong from Feb 21st which for obvious reasons was cancelled. I requested a BA flight refund on Feb 11th - long before any emergency situation in the U. K. am email told me they had processed it and it would take 6-8 weeks for a refund. It is May 13th and still no refund. I have escalated the case through Resolver but that takes time between communications with the company. I am furious with this dreadful company, I must have been at the top or near the top of the list for refunds as everything was still flying as normal except in China and HK. How dare they keep my money and presumably blame BA for not refunding to them. In this current climate I simply cannot afford to lose nearly £700. Where is honour, honesty and morality. I booked and paid in good faith. Can anyone tell me what else I can do to get my very hard earned money back? I would be so grateful. Thank you.
Went to hotel and your site wouldn't allow me to print voucher for stay. Attempted to call and number wouldn't accept calls. Hotel had no records of my confirmation. Hotel attempted to open but it wouldn't allow either. Spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. Ended up leaving hotel and going to another one and paying for it! Very upset!
I was due to fly London to San Francisco with BA in early April. Have had no specific response to my request for a refund as flight cancelled (covid19). Furious that they have changed their Ts and Cs from when I booked to STEAL a part of the refund from BA. I will never use them again and would advise you to resist any temptation to save a few pounds by booking through them. It could end up costing you dearly.
When I booked with Travel Up, when I tried to pay for my ticket, I got an error message that they couldn't process my card (not sure why). So then I booked my ticket directly through the airline, and got a confirmation right away. Fast forward two days later, I get a confirmation from TravelUp that they processed my transaction. I immediately replied (within 3hrs of the email) requesting a refund, and have heard nothing from them. I'm afraid that I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This is a terrible company. They called me 12 hours before I'm supposed to check in to the hotel that the hotel is not taking reservations because of COVID and they are rebooking me. I had communicated with them about the reservation 2 weeks previously and there was no mention of any issue with the reservation. Beware and stay clear.
The worst company ever I have dealed with. They are just looting. I have requested them to change my wife's flight from london to mumbai which was cost me 1024 £. After follow up one of the person from admin came back to me with some option, they were charging 454£ extra I told them ok as we have to travel on those dates and then right away he shared payment link with me, I paid within the time and requested to issue my updated ticket but now he is saying that price has been changed and asking to pay 300£ more. When I checked the same flight on their website the fare difference is just 200£ and now they are charging additional 754£. They mentioned in their advertise that book with confidence but its just on paper. My friends I suggest to book the ticket directly from airline at least they just charge only price difference based on current price. Avoid such frauder

Is there an option for 0 stars. Chose two nights on the reservation and the booking was made for one night and on the incorrect date. Wrote to Customer Sevice and the responded that they could cancel the reservation but no refund could be made. I requested a correction on the date but no help was given.
