I was really hesitant because I had never used this service before. However, I was really impressed and surprised at how smoothly everything went! The only surprise I had was that everything really was exactly as they said it was! My price was exactly correct (way cheaper than anywhere else), the hotel had my reservation with zero fuss, and the room I got was better than I had hoped for! I was sincerely impressed and thankful for such an easy process and for such a great room at a very good rate!
Booked a hotel through Travel Up and was completely screwed over. We got to the hotel and they didn't have our reservations. After speaking with a representative, we were told our reservations were cancelled and we were not told. We had to scramble to find last minute accommodations. Worst experience I have ever had with a travel company

My stay was never rendered. After I contacted the admin team I was never given a response. I had to book a different room with a different company and Travelup has yet to return my money for the booking.

The worst. I booked a Cancun vacation for $2929. 44 and when i called the hotel they tell me that no reservation exists. I called TravelUp and i was transfered to a voice mail, and i left a voice mail and received no response i even email them, to no avail. Next i will go with my credit card company, except that i have the flight reservation with another company and I will lose that money too.

I search for and located a flight using google, and an option came up that fit my search. I booked the flight but did not know that I was booking through an agent and not Air Transat. I paid for my flight and expected to get the options for seat selection and luggage. I immediately called the number provided and waited 48 minutes to talk to someone who provided an unsatisfactory response. I was then transferred to admin where I was advised that a cancellation fee of $65.00 would be payable if I cancelled the flight despite the fact the ticket has not been issued. I placed my call within 5 minutes of booking the flight, sat on hold and got this response within 1 hour. This is an unfair policy. The cost to me of booking luggage and seat selection is higher booking through Travel Up than if I had gone directly through Air Transat, not to mention the frustration and waste of time making the phone call.

No complaints a quiet place is always priceless after a long travel. Hotel Staff & Maintenance was perfect. Had some issues with remote & even@ 11pm they resolved quiet clean and peaceful did i say clean & quiet.
Do not dare to make an urgent travel with them if you are residing in the US (their site is in UK) as they would deem your booking suspicious, cancel your travel, and refund you weeks later, leaving you with limited fund to rebook your trip elsewhere. Their request did even make sense to the US bank. - do not take your chance.

Due to COVID-19 I was unable to make my trip. I talked to a TravelUp agent on the phone who said I should be able to get a refund just email support. I emailed support 4 times in the time span of 2 weeks. I never received a response until I made a case against TravelUp through paypal. Only then was I offered a percentage of my refund. Every couple of days the percentage went up until it reached 70%. Thankfully after 3 months of waiting I received a full refund from Paypal. TravelUp is a scummy company do not use them.
At first I was skeptical about the transaction. I think communication between the agency and the customer should be clearer. The dates of the booking didn't matched at the beginning and taxes + fees wasn't and isn't clear to me yet. We called the hotel to ask if everything went through and to check if the booking appeared on their system. They were the ones who told us what really happens on TravelUp and the hotel's end.
Again, to this day, I am not sure of what I need to pay at check-in.
Attempted to get in contact with a human, nobody could get me in touch with someone to help modify or cancel my reservation. I kept being told to just email and they'll respond. Took them 2 days. When I reached out out was an hour later, granted my reservation was modified but because it took them so long they charged me because they said I waited to long. I just hope when I show up the reservation is there when I show up.

The ticket booking was very stressful since the price changed by the minute. The price was different when we looked at the overview and when we tried to book it, it changed (in less than a minute). But Shane Bond's assistance on the phone was really helpful.

Worst Travel Agent ever, I was consistently on hold with multiple agents providing me with random names on requesting a refund for my flights that I booked months in advance where the country is has been moved to the Red List due to Covid Restrictions. Advised Customer Support that i was scared of traveling and would like a refund however they completely ignored my request and suggested i should chose a different date or country where i had to £200 more for flights. Very disappointed with there service and approach to venerable customer in this pandemic. Please guys do not book with Travelup and booked directly with the Airlines to avoid any disappointment.

We arrived and the hotel that we booked was full! We were never contacted we were just moved to a much cheaper hotel and still charged the full price! No one has been helpful or has tried resolving the issue or even offered a refund.

Picking up a room was very confusing. The same room was listed twice, one included breakfast and was less expensive. I accidentally picked the one without breakfast. I immediately called and email travelup, but never got a response to my email and the person in the phone told me there was nothing he could do.
I am very unhappy with my experience and plan to tell my 350K followers about this.
After Covid putting a halt to our trip for second year Me and my group requested a cash refund and only received 50%
Obviously my party are disappointed with this outcome and won't be using travel up in the future

The hotel told me that they will refund me my stay for lack of service, but they said that they will send the refund to travel up so they can issue the refund to me as they were the one who charged my card. Travel up are now saying that they have a third party that should issue my credit! I paid Travel up and no one else, and don't care who is the third party is. Don't use this service, it's a bad business

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Pay more if you have to, but do not buy through Travelup. They never provided a confirmation number beside the one saying you made a reservation with them. The hotel I booked with had no idea who I was and there was no way to prove I had paid for the room because TravelUp never gave me the real confirmation number. At this point, I have tried to reach their customer service 6 times and when I do get through they said to wait while they reached out to their suppliers and they would get back to me. Well, they never did. I am 2 days from my trip with no place to stay. I am currently waiting to speak to a customer service rep (I have been waiting for over an hour and this will be my third call in three days) to cancel it and get my money back so I can try to get a new hotel.
The website kept refreshing and changing the dates. So when I booked, the dates were wrong. The actual dates were not available. When I try to cancel the same hour, I still got charged with the $33 fee. Will not use this service again.

I booked with your company for the first time. I received a confirmation email and when I arrived from Arizona to the resort in Florida, I was advised that my reservation was canceled.
