Great experience, but the time period given for revision is short. A little bit more time was needed to have 2 revisions done.

TopResume did a fantastic rework of my resume. The writer redid my resume in ways I had not considered and was able to work in experience I thought was irrelevant to my current job search. I was very pleased with the outcome. Also, the turn around time was fairly quick. All my concerns and inquiries were addressed promptly. I highly recommend TopResume.

Hired TopResume through their affiliation with Monster.com. I signed up for the resume and LinkedIn update on a Thursday morning. After attaching my current resume and answering a few simple question I received my first draft later that afternoon. I asked for a couple of minor edits and received my final package on Saturday afternoon. Overall, very happy with the service and have already recommended them to a friend who is now going through the same process

I was truly impressed with this service. I thought that it was a bit pricey at first but after my complete experience, I didn't think anything of spending that much money for the quality of professionalism alone. They found me a match within a couple of hours of someone to write my resume. She was absolutely great to work with and every email that I sent to her provided a response within no more than an hour. I felt like she was talking to me personally and that she understood a lot of my requests. I needed mine back soon as possible as I was applying for a job with a deadline date. I voiced that information to the writer and I literally felt like that was the only thing she must have worked on that day. By the end of the day, I received my drafted resume. Prior to Top Resume, I had a 4 page resume PLUS a cover letter that I knew was way too long and probably holding me back from getting hits from Recruiters however I was so enamored with my own writing that I didn't have the discipline to cut it down myself. After I got a very comprehensive critique from the folks at Top Resume that I had to agree with, I broke down and paid to have them redo it for me. In fact, I signed up for the Executive package and got the cover letter and LinkedIn profile along with the resume because they worked with me on the pricing and also did an amazing job with my final product that exceeded my expectations. So much so that they actually was able to satisfy my needs in just one draft! Very pleased and using my new Top Resume version of my documents to put myself back out there with confidence!: 0)

I decided to use this service after receiving a free critique from a job website. The critique seemed well thought out and reasonable. Once I purchased the service, I didn't receive a response for several days, but finally was notified my revision was underway. First draft seemed professional and crisp, but none of the suggestions offered in my critique were referenced nor discussed until I brought them to the writer. This seems strange to me. However, my final version included and answered all my comments and provided some description on why decisions were made. Overall I am pleased with the result, though I am still in process of using new version in my job search.

Very professional and well written. Aaron did a great job and was very patient and understanding. I haven't had any responses yet so cannot give an opinion on how effective the rewrite has been but my resume definitely sells my skills and experience in a much more professional and concise way. One suggestion is that you offer the option of a second resume as some people may be looking for opportunities in different job streams.

This was my first time having my resume professionally written. I was not sure what to expect, however, I was pleased. Ascetically speaking, the resume looks awesome and sounds very professional. Tony was very patient and tried to help me further when I was unsure how to make my resume a little more general. Tony explained the importance of having a very specific resume and offered to help with keywords to get me past the ATS that hiring managers use. I have not had any interviews yet, but hopefully they will come soon.

This company defiantly does what it advertises. The process is seamless and the results are very professional and put together. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of professional resume services.
